11. Texas Automobiles

Ryan was sitting in his room in Texas's Grand Hyatt, the very same hotel where KKR's Ros was staying. He had seen his glimpse in the morning and was now planning the way ahead.
"Room Service" came a thick southern voice with a knock on the door, Ryan opened the door and let him in.
"How are you doing Sir?" asked the steward
"I am good and you?" replied Ryan
Suddenly an idea crawled in his mind, why not use the room service guy as the spy?
"What's your name?" asked Ryan
"Hugo" replied the steward with a smile on his face
"Hugo, I need to talk to you about something in private, can I trust you?" asked Ryan
"Yes Sir, you surely can" replied Hugo
"I am from FBI and Ryan is not my real name, I am here to investigate a white collar fraud, the suspect goes by the name Ros Taylor and stays in one of your room" said Ryan
"FBI? How can I help you Sir?" replied a worried Hugo
"I want you to help me in the investigation and I will get you some good rewards from the department" said Ryan
"I am really sorry Sir, I would have to involve my management in this issue" replied Hugo, truly trying to escape the situation.
The mere thought of spying on a FBI suspect was running chills in his spine.
"There are some guys already working for him in your hotel and I don't want to risk my mission by sharing this with anyone else" replied Ryan
"I can assure our life's security and a sum of ten grands for your help" offered Ryan
Ten grands rang the bell in Hugo's mind, it was his three months pay
A jittery Hugo agreed to help him
"Ok sir, what do I have to do?" asked Hugo
"To start off with, know everything about him, what he do? Where he goes? With whom he's meeting? Any and Everything that can be of our use" said Ryan
"Okay Sir" said Hugo and rose from the chair to leave the room
"And please maintain secrecy, that's of utmost importance" said Ryan
"Sure Sir" said Hugo and left the room

Ryan was having his Ballentine's 12 yo in Hotel's Pub when he noticed a drunk Ros sitting at one end of the bar and fiddling with his laptop. Ryan shifted next to Ros to build acquaintance with him, who know le it can come handy at a later stage.
"Hello" said Ryan to Ros
"Hello" replied an uninterested Ros
"Here for work?" asked Ryan
"Yup" replied Ros and continued working on his laptop
Ryan understood that it won't be easy to acquaint with him but didn't lost hope and kept sitting there.
A group of Russian girls walked pass them and Ryan noticed Ros staring at them
"Nice Ass" said Ryan and winked at Ros
"These Russian girls have looks to die for" said Ros
"And they are awesome in bed too" said Ryan
"Never got one in my bed" said Ros
"How long are you staying here?" asked Ryan
"Another week or so" said Ros
"Who knows u gets to bed one here" said Ryan and smiled
Ros managed a smile too.
Ryan rose his glass and said "to Russian Girls"
Ros raised his glass and rose to give a hug to Ryan
Ryan had a quick glance on the laptop screen and noticed an excel with some numbers. He wasn't able to catch much but just the name of document to be Texas Automobiles

Ryan came back to his room and shared his findings with Williams
"Fuck, are they planning to invest in TA?" asked Williams
"Not sure, but it has something to do with them" replied Ryan
"Hmm.. find out everything possible" said Williams and disconnected the call

"He spends most of his day outside or working from the bar" said Hugo
"Hmm anything worth mentioning?" asked Ryan
"Nothing much, but yeah he was blabbering something about Russians" replied Hugo
"Hmm you know some Russian prostitute here?" asked Ryan
"I think I can arrange it" said Hugo
"Okay arrange the best one and ask her to meet me" replied Ryan
"You need a Russian whore?" asked Hugo
"Shut Up and do as I say" said Ryan

"What's your name?" asked Ryan to the whore
"Anna" replied the girl with thick Russian accent
She was wearing a black one piece dress, which was one size too tight for her revealing her assets, curves and long legs
"Okay, I will pay you triple then your charges, you just have to a small job for me" said Ryan and shared his plan with Anna and Hugo

Ros were having his drinks in the bar when Anna came and sat next to him
Ros noticed her sitting alone and made the first move
"Hello Gorgeous, can I buy you a drink?" said Ros
"I am already having a drink" said Anna in a flirty style
"Can I be the bartender then?" said Ros not being able to find a better line
"There's already a bartender here" said a smiling Anna
"I have a full bar in my suite, how about letting me serve you there?" said Ros
"Alright, let's go" said Anna

Ros fixed two drinks for them and took'em to his bed room where Anna was waiting.
"Here you go" said Ros offering the drink to Anna and sat besides her on the bed
Anna took both glasses from him, putting them on the side table and plants a kiss on Ros's lips. A drunk Ros replicated the kiss with all his might and hugged her tightly.
Anna slipped out a drug in Ros's glass.
"Here, let's drink for our love" said Anna and handed him the glass, sipping from her own. Ros completed his drink and jumped on Anna and started fondling with her breasts. Anna replicated the gesture and planted a kiss to him. Ros passed out in the middle of the kiss, the drug worked out pretty fine.
Anna then called Ryan and gave him the signal.
Ryan entered the room and started searching for Ros's laptop. He plugged in his pen drive and downloaded all of the excels and the data to his laptop.
Ryan paid Anna and Hugo's due and took first flight back to New York

"Fuck, they are planning to acquire Texas Automobiles at a whooping $12.5 billion" said Ryan to Williams.
He went straight to William's house from JFK Airport to share his findings.
"The price tag is not what surprises me but how that dick head George got the approval from management" said Williams
"George?" asked Ryan
"CEO of TA" said Williams
"It's a Management Buyout" continued Williams
"So you means to say that KKR has tied up with George and taking the company private?" asked Ryan
"Yes, since the Management is a part of it, they know the ins & outs of the company, they can streamline and cut costs, making the company all the more profitable and when it will go private George and his stooges will get a decent stake in company while the rest will be owned by KKR" explained Williams
"Whoa, we need to take a pie of this action" said Ryan
"Tomorrow you will get details of our no limit trading account, buy as much as you can under 18 1/4" said Williams
"Also here are the details of our offshore companies and bank accounts, as soon as you hit 1% from our official account, shift to these accounts and keep buying anything and everything under 18 1/4" completed Williams after handling him a bunch of documents.
