Too Strong *Axel X Petra*

Axel's POV.

"Lol Petra I am one ahead of you!"

"Yeah right. Just lost one."

"Oh dang it!"

Me and Petra are under the night sky, trying to gain some EXP. But Petra wanted it to be more fun, so we are competing to see who gets the most EXP.

"Yes! This skeleton dropped more EXP that I imagined!" Petra exclaimed.

Oh man, I'm losing. But some part of me wants her to win.

"How many EXP so far, Petra?"

"27. You?"

"Heh, 26."

"Close. Nice."

Soon we almost cleared out the field we were in. No mobs appeared.

"Whoo! I think we're done here. Wanna go home?" I suggested.

"Yeah. I'm beat."

We both placed our swords back into our inventory and walked home.

We were pretty far from our house. But I guess we should be able to make it back before dawn.

"Hey Axel, wanna race?"

"Oh come on Petra, you know I'm not good at running..."

"Haha, just try. You never know." She winked at me and I blushed.

We started the race at the end of the forest, and decided to stop just before the end of the bridge.

"Huff.... huff... Petra... wait up!"

"Haha, slowpoke! I'm already winning!"

Petra ran and ran and finally reached the end of the bridge.

"Awesome! I win!"

"Ha... ha... good... for... you..." I was panting a lot.

Suddenly I forgot. There were mobs everywhere here!

"Well, I think I was a little mean. Care for some help-"

"Petra! Creeper!!"

BOOM

Petra was blown away and she was dangling at the handle of the bridge.

"Hang on, I got you!"

I pulled her up, and kicked some mobs away.

"Shoo! Don't hurt her!"

I punched some zombies and kicked a few creepers (coz I'm scared I'll detonate them). Petra had her sword and was slicing away.

Once the mobs on my side are finished, I helped Petra with hers. She seemed exhausted.

"Petra, you okay?"

"Yeah... tired..."

Her attacks became slow and not sharp anymore. I have to do something!

"Petra, back away!"

I jumped in front of her and fought off any mob I could. Punching zombies, kicking spiders and creepers, and I managed to head-shot a skeleton with an arrow in my inventory.

Once the chaos was over, Petra scooted over to my side.

"Axel... you're so brave... and strong..."

She fell in my arms.

"Too strong...."

I blushed and picked her up, carrying her home.
