Chapter 9: Home

~Emily's POV~
I was quietly eating while Harold, Crystal, and Lilo were talking about random things. I started scratching my side and felt a sharp pain. I looked at my hand and saw blood and looked at my side and saw that I pulled a stitch out. "Harold, get a doctor now." I said with a worried reaction. "Why what's wrong." Harold said then saw my hand and he rushed out and got a doctor. The doctor gave me a pill to knock me out basically and he fixed the stitches and released me to go home. Once I got to my room I went t straight to bed and everyone else went out to eat.

~Crystal's POV~
I was worried about Emily but I knew she would stay strong. Lilo went out to eat with Harold and I but she went to the bathroom and hadn't been back since. "Harold I'm going to go check on Lilo, I'm getting worried." I said and got up and left to the bathroom. I saw Lilo on the floor I knew something was wrong. I ran to her and saw a pill bottle next to her and it was empty which meant that she overdosed. "Lilo!" I said with my eyes tearing up. "Lilo! No, you have to stay with me." I was worried and I ran to Harold and told him and he called the police. I went back to be next to Lilo. "LILO!!" I was crying so much I couldn't handle it. "Please, stay with me Lilo." Her heart beat was slowing down and I had no idea what to do but I remembered that I could stick my finger down her throat and make her puke so I did it. Nothing was working. The police rushed in and pulled me away. I tried to run back to her but the policeman was holding me back and pulled me out of the restroom. People crowded me and I was crying and my eyes swelled up. The news people showed up mad questioned me. I looked at news girl straight in the eye and punched her so hard that she fell down. "Don't ever question someone when there best friend is in the bathroom dying." I said and ran away to the park down the street and Harold followed. "The news people already said it on tv, what If Emily sees it?" Harold said with a tear in his eye. "Lilo is going to die, she had to stay with me, she's always been by my side she's told me every thing, why would she overdose?" I said questioning him.

~Emily's POV~

I turned on the tv and watched the news and I saw Crystal punch the news lady and run so I wonder what happened, the news was talking about a girl that was found in the bathroom that overdosed. It's going to be hard to tell the friends and family what happened. I stayed in bed and was still tired so I went back to sleep.

~Crystal's POV~

Harold and I went to the hospital and we were told to wait in the waiting room. "Harold where is the doctor, he's supposed to come in and tell us everything is alright." I said with a tear in my eye and my voice cracked and I broke down crying. I saw the doctor walking towards us so I ran up to him. "Doctor, how is she?" I said but was scared to ask the question.
