Everyone looked up. The entire EU household was gathered in the living room, in silence, and tense to snapping point.
Arthur stood in the doorway.
Francis stood.
"...Angleterre," his voice faltered.
Ludwig swallowed, "England, do you have the final result?"
"...they..." Arthur spoke clearly yet quietly, "..all voted out. Half of them, just... out."
The entire room fell silent.
"...Francis-"
Arthur sunk to the floor before Francis could reach him.
