We soon start comparing supplies and talk about our home life.
I inform her that she was out two days, and the boy from 10 and the girl from 4 died.
We talk about our supplies and Katniss says: "Ypu can feed yourself, can they?"
"They dont need to. They have all those supplies." I say.
"Say they didnt. Say the supplies were gone. How long would they last? I mean, its the Hunger Games, right?"
"But, Katniss, theyre not hungry." I say.
"No, theyre not. Thats the problem. I think were going to have to fix that, Rue."
I consider what she said, then we snuggle into her sleeping bag and I am overcome with drowsiness. I'm out for the night.
