The Assistant Principal (Interracial WMBW)

Chapter 1

Well I guess I should introduce myself a little bit. My name is Jessica Thorn. I'm 5'7 I weigh about 167 lbs. I have big brown eyes I inherited from my father and I have a thick frame from my mother along with thick curly hair, and I'm also (Mother's side) African American and (Father's side) Hawaiian.

But today is my first day at my new school called Maylene High School in Hawaii. My parents shipped me off here with my favorite grandparents because they "couldn't deal" with my behavior. Honestly I think the only reason I'm acting out is because one minute they don't care about me because they're too busy on cruises or at parties, but then they wanna tell me how I should live my life, I'm freaking 17 years old, its a little too late for that. But whatever that's just unnecessary stress I need for my first day.

My outfit consists of a black crop top with 2pac's face on it with a gold necklace and a black beanie over my flat ironed hair, black leggings with my red plaid shirt tied at my waist and some timberlands and to top it off, and blood red lipstick. Before I leave I kiss my grandma and grandpa on their cheek while they continue to dance in the kitchen.

As I make my way outside to my car that my parents shipped over here, which is my 2010 matte black camaro with gold rims, I start to think about my seneior year. Like classes, if I'll make any friends, & boys.... I guess I'll find out.

As I pull up at Maylene High all eyes are on me, which Im okay with. I hear guys whistle and say lame pick up lines while some girls shoot death glares my way. Pfft, who cares. While I'm walking into the freakishly large school I instantly hear heels clacking against the floor and loud voices.

As I walk through the black doubled doors with the word Office engraved on a plaque I'm immediately noticed. So I walk to the desk that had a heavyset Caucasian women with orange colored hair seated behind it. "Hello dear, I'm Mrs. Brown how can I help you" she finally spoke after staring at my outfit.

"Uhm hi I'm Jessica Thorn I'm new and I need a schedule" I said.

"Okay Jessica give me a moment to print it out, you can have a seat over there if you like" she said while pointing to the chairs lined up against a wall.

"Okay" I said while taking out my Samsung Galaxy S4 and tapping the instagram app.

I guess I was so caught up on instagram I didn't even notice someone walk in and start talking to Mrs. Brown.
