"Mavis, will you hold Chloe for a second? God she's getting quite heavy" I told her, She stood up from her seat and grabbed Chloe in my arms

"Mummy" She beamed

"Chloe" Mavis chuckled kissing Chloe's forehead repeatedly which made Chloe giggle

"I bought her some new clothes by the way" Mavis told me "Come on let's dress our little baby up" She said cheerfully. I chuckled following her into our room. She placed Chloe into our bed and summoned the dresses that she had bought for our daughter, Mavis' eyes twinkled in delight

"It's so adorable right? I can't resist buying these to her! All of these will suite her perfectly!" Mavis cooed

"It will, after all, our little bundle of joy is the cutest human being in the planet" I stated, Mavis laughed and started undressing Chloe while Chloe let her mum undress her politely. I was so glad that our daughter is a very easy child to take care of, She only fuss whenever she's hungry, annoyed, or tired which happens only twice a day thank Merlin.

"You pick some dress Draco" Mavis told me. I looked over the dresses, one pastel blue dress caught my eye and decided to pick it

"Here, this will be lovely" I said handing her over the dress.

Half an hour later, We have tried on five dresses on Chloe and she was already getting annoyed and started to fuss.

"She hates dressing up doesn't she?" I chuckled "Look at her she's giving us the dirty look" Mavis chortled, poking Chloe's belly

"Now don't give us that look Chloe Malfoy" Mavis said sternly, Chloe started to cry startling Mavis and I "Dress us time is over then" Mavis announced carrying Chloe who was only on her nappy, covering her naked body.

"She's tired" I said "Put her in her cot, she'll be sleeping in no time" Mavis nodded and followed my instructions placing Chloe gently into her cot while she sang a lullaby putting Chloe into sleep

"There you go" I smiled hugging Mavis in her back resting my chin into her shoulder

"3 months to go and she'll be a year old wow, just wow." Mavis said smiling widely "She's so beautiful"

"Ofcourse she is, She has your beauty." I whispered into her ear kissing her cheek. She chuckled facing me directly

"And she also has her father's looks. Oh Draco, I can't believe we're getting married" She said kissing me softly in my lips

"Me neither, I am so glad that you will be the one that I'll be marrying" I murmured in her lips, kissing her passionately. I snaked my hands over her waist, licking her lips for entrance, I grabbed her butt as she gasped, shocked at my actions, I smirked through the kiss while she slapped me in my back, causing me to moan in pain.

Suddenly, there was a tap in the window, Mavis and I broke into our kiss, seeing it was the Malfoy's family eagle owl.

"What do they want now?" I asked in frustration opening the window to let the owl in, it swooped down over table and placed the letter

"What does it say?" Mavis asked, while I cut open the letter

"We need you immediately at the Malfoy Manor. Family business." I read "What in the world is this?" I asked furrowing my eyebrows in annoyance

"Might as well go Draco, it must be very urgent" Mavis answered "I'll just stay here with Chloe" She smiled kissing me in my forehead

"Are you sure you don't want to come with me?" I asked
