Wish

Far away, I have drifted
From the land of your embrace
Never could I have predicated
The day that I will be away

In the present that I have landed,
In the mist of the silver and clouds,
I was lost, in this place so crowded,
As I have found that were already gone.

That one night seemed like a decade,
We were once so close, our hands entwine,
As we danced through that floor without facades,
The genuine smiles on our faces seep for a while

The sparkle of your eyes entranced me,
The smell of the rose placed me in ecstasy,
Dancing with you was so dreamy,
The feelings I behold in my heart remained a mystery.

Now shall I stay forever in loneliness,
Forever seeking the presence of my beloved,
Even just a silhouette of you will keep my happiness.
A wish I pray to God is to see you again, in this fortress.
