Chilli Con Carne

Ingredients:

150g mince

½ onion

¼ capsicum

½ clove garlic

115g canned tomato soup

¼ teaspoon chilli powder

¼ cup water

75g kidney beans

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

¼ cup rice

Knife

Saucepan

Wooden spoon

Measuring spoons/cups

Step 1: Finely chop all vegetables.

Step 2: Heat oil.

Step 3: Fry onion, garlic and capsicum until tender.

Step 4: Add mince, stir until well browned.

Step 5: Add chilli, soup, beans and water, mix well.

Step 6: Simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 7: Serve with rice.
