Epilogue

Calum stared into the mirror but for the first time in a very long time he smiled. Why you ask? because today was the day he would get to marry the love of his life. Michael Gordon Clifford. Calum stepped back and adjusted the sleeves of his suit with shaky fingers, God he felt so sick like he could puke everywhere. He backed up to the chair and sat with his head in his hands with unsteady breathing... he cant do this. Just then he's close friend Phil walked in. "hey cal whats wrong" Calum smiled up at Phil " nervous s'all what if i trip or something" Phil laughed sitting next to Calum. "Couldn't be any worse than what i did on mine and Dan's wedding day do you remember?" Calum laughed a the memory of Phil tripping and bringing Dan's mom along with rows of neatly placed flowers down with him. Phil smiled and placed his hand on Calum's back "Calm down everything will be fine. You love him he loves you... everything will go great" Calum smiled at Phil mentally thanking him for being a wonderful person. Before Calum could say anything though Dan popped his head in the room "Are you ready Cal because its starting in 2" Calum jumped up excitedly he hugged Phil mumbling a small thank you and doing the same to Dan " thanks for what?" Dan asked "For being wonderful friends" Calum said before rushing down the hallway stopping though to glance into the mirror at him self 

...and for once he didn't see a bruised beaten and depressed boy and he didn't hear those awful words instead he saw a strong man and heard whispers of encouragement and love.

and with that he turned and walked down the aisle on cue  to marry the love of him life.

honestly its as bad as the rest of the story
