I made a mistake
I lost my poem
I write this here
With heartfelt sorrow
Even if the precious poem
Was written under rage
I was proud of the product
Now it's all just a blurred memory
Of what the poem for this number
Was supposed to be
I recall not even one word
And it really pains me
It was a long poem
And I made a simple mistake
Of pressing paste in haste
Causing other things to overlap
Totally voiding what I originally had
I try to write it again
But clearly it is no use
And now I feel
I'm losing my sanity
My annoyance is at peak
Previous sorrow is now gone
All I want to do
Is throw my phone
And pray that the poem
Which I lost by mistake
Would find its way back
With all words in its wake

Ugh, so annoying. I loved that poem too, it's not often I end up writing that kind of poem, and now here is this as a replacement, and it won't suffice. Nothing compared to what I previously had here. Tsk. Oh well. What's done is done.
