I don't deserve him

I woken up to a beautiful morning and to see amazing blue eyes staring at me. I smiled and leaned up to kiss his lips. "Good morning beautiful." he said as his breath tickled my lips making the hair on the back of my neck stand. "Good morning Prince charming." I giggled out. I was overwhelmed by the moment.

I moved my arms around his neck and brought him closer so we were inches apart. "What do you have in store for me today?" I asked as I rubbed my nose against his cheek. He smiled at me and said "We are going to the ocean." my eyebrows furrowed together wondering what on earth are we gonna do in the ocean. He rolled his eyes and said "It is not really an ocean but it's a beautiful lake with a waterfall." I smiled at him and gave him one big kiss before he left my room to get ready.

After about an hour of getting ready I was wearing a white gown with gold linings.

The guards told me that I would meet Legolas down at the pier which some of the guards escorted me since it was out of the palace of King Thranduil. Once I got there, I saw him untying some ropes, with his hair shining in the bright sun and his eyes glistened against the reflection of the water. He then noticed me and smiled brightly.

"We are getting in a boat?" I asked. "Yes, the beauty may be seen from here but to feel the beauty you must be out there." he said pointing to the middle of the lake. In the distance you could see a waterfall and flowers all over the place. "So how many elleths have you brought here?" I asked as I stepped a few steps towards him.

"Only one." he said. "You're the second." I then felt angry, I had no idea why I was angry. He sounded so proud I turned around to walk away but then he quickly grabbed my arm and spun me around and I fell in his arms. He chuckled and said "My naneth was the first." Once it registered in my head what he just said, I then felt silly. Jealous over his mother. My cheeks turned red from the small embarrassment.

He kissed my head and then he led me towards the small boat. He helped me get on the boat then he paddled all the way to the middle of the lake. I whirled my head around looking at the beautiful view, the orange sun rays peeked through the branches of the tree making the sky violet and orange. The flowers and trees swayed against the small breeze, and the waterfall fell in the lake making the whole lake glow like I was chanted by its beauty.

Then my eyes laid back on Legolas who was looking at me. "What?" I asked. "I'm just enchanted by your beauty." he said making me blush. "You really do love me." I said as I folded my arms, he smiled and said "Yes, I do very much. I would love you in a blink of an eye." What he said made me feel guilty. Legolas was the perfect man for any elleth, he was loving and caring. Protective and very charming. It made my heart flutter and that's why I don't deserve him. I didn't remember anything about him, I have feelings for his best friend and here I was playing with his heart or maybe he could be playing with mine?

Soon our eyes connected again and we just sat there as beauty surrounded us but we both were in our own little world were it was just me and him. Suddenly we both started leaning in but right as we were about to lean in something was crawling up my leg, I moved my dress to look what was crawling on my leg and I screamed at the top of my lungs to see a small spider crawling up my leg. It was funny though how I could fight a big spider but couldn't get rid of a small one.

I threw my arms around Legolas then we both lost our balance making the boat flip over and me and Legolas landed in the water.

Once we surfaced the water we both started laughing. And then something strange happened, I saw a vision. A vision of a small elleth like me and a small ellon like Legolas who were playing in the water, laughing but at the same time splashing water against each other. Next thing I knew I was back in front of Legolas who was swimming in front of me.

Then next thing I also knew was I swam towards him and threw my arms around his neck, our body was so close together that I could feel his heart beat. Then I crash my lips upon his lips hungrily it was like I craved him to be near me. It was like a part of me already knew how I felt about him and all I have to do is register in this brainless head of mine. Once we both pulled back we looked into each others eyes and we swam back to the shore and we just laid there in the sand staring at each others eyes as if it was the best thing to do and it is.

I loved Legolas and I might not remember him or any memories from before but all I know is he stole my heart, it was like he sneaked into my heart without me knowing and make me fall for him hard and deep. And as I looked into his eyes there was something that I saw, something I was suppose to see the moment I first saw him,

Something familiar.
