My kinda-amazing reason why this cover flows with the song 'Young Blood' by Bea Miller: The song, in my opinion, is about freedom. To be free to express how you feel and defy society and expectation. Listening to this song on a constant repeat, I interpreted the message of this song to be who you want despite what commoners will think about you and chastise you as.
The very first color that came to my mind was gold, the color of what I think this generation is completely capable of. Rebels, renegades, outcasts; all labels that I believe others can relate to in their own way and this song is reminding us to be that outcast, be that rebel, and show them what you're made of. Because no one, no matter who they are, can taint our young blood.
