Many people will argue if honey is vegan or not, but the truth is... It's not.

The bees will not die if vegans don't support the honey industry, this is just as crazy as thinking all the cows will go extinct if you don't eat meat. The honey industry is different from the commercial bee industry. The commercial bees go around the country and pollinate, farmers pay the bee keepers to bring the bees. The honey industry produces honey to sell to the public.

Commercial bees and wild bees are the main pollinators, they do all the hard work of pollinating the plant crops that us vegans so dearly love

Many people believe this is what causes colony collapse disorder as well as taking away the hard worked for honey scaring the bees that then have to rush before winter to make more.

In order for the queen to be artificially inseminated a male bee must be squished to death to collect sperm.

The queen bee is then often shipped in the mail and has her wings are cut when she arrives so she can't fly away

We have no need for honey therefore there is no excuse to be doing this to the bees

We have no need for honey therefore there is no excuse to be doing this to the bees. Their honey is their food not ours. We have all the wonderful plants they helped produce by pollination.

FYI honey is actually bee vomit. Bees regurgitate pollen at least 50 times for it to turn into honey.
