Gon POV

"That's the story."
I was looking at my feet, a strange feeling was destroying me from inside.
it feels like my heart is being smacked.
3 years huh..
"Isn't that amazing! A secret training of 3 years, man you sure are gonna be strong when you're done!" I said while laughing.

Killua touched my shoulder.
"I was thinking of not doing it."
My eyes widened, I was not sure if I should be happy to hear those hussing words, but can I go trough it?
"What are you saying Killua! This is a chance you gotta take!"

"I don't really feel like taking it you know, it's probably gonna boring..."
I looked at Killua from the corners of my eyes.
My shoulder was getting warm with his hand on it.
"Don't be ridicilous Killua, just go."

"Heh, you're making it sound like you want me to go."

"I'm worried you're gonna get to strong for me to handle hehehe, I kinda envy you, wish I could go with you."

I stood up and walked towards the window.
I opened it and stared at the nightsky full of stars.
"Don't worry, I would never beat you up."
"You almost broke my back."
Killua and I started laughing.
He came to stand next to me.

"Gon, will you promise me one thing?"
"Sure, whay exactly?"
Killua looked outside, while leaning his hand on his face."
"Will you promise... That you won't forget me?"
I clenched my fists, I wondered what this feeling was... I felt lonely... But Killua was still here, he isn't gone yet, so why would I feel like this now?"

"Do you really think I would forget you so easily?"
He hugged me.
"Not just my name Gon... Don't forget my face, my voice, my temperature..."
I felt a mix of love and sadness, like a battle in my heart, with my mind watching and not understanding anything.

I wrapped my arms around his neck.
"Ofcourse I wouldn't..."
I smiled.
"Because you are my best friend in the world Killua."
Killua's grip around my waist became tighter.
"Right... Friends..."

I leaned away to look at Killua's face.
We were staring in each others eyes, and suddenly it felt like there was nothing around us.
Just me and Killua in an empty space.
"Will you... Sleep again in my bed tonight..?"

I hope that the color of my cheeks wasn't changing to bloodred.
They were burning trough.
He placed his hand on my cheek.
My heart was going crazy, I didn't know what to say.
Maybe I was being greedy.

He suddenly pinched my cheek.
"Aah? But what if you pee in your bed! I don't wanna lie in your urine!"
"Huh?"
Killua laughed out loud.
"Wha-! I don't wet myself!"
"I heard the opposite from Mito-san."
"What did she tell you!"

"That she's sick of cleaning your bedsheets!"
"B-but but... Nothing of that is true!"
Killua got tears from laughing.
We were holding hands without even noticing.
"I'm just kidding, I would be happy to lie next to you Gon."

"You're so mean Killua..."
Killua came closer to me.
"I like teasing you Gon." He said softly.
"You big bully."
"Only to you."
He let go of my hands.
"Now, let's go to sleep, sleeping early is healthy right?"
