Chapter 61 - Alice gone crazy no. 2

My evil laugh was resounding through the hallways of the Mikaelson mansion. And it was actually a pretty good and creepy sounding one. Klaus heard me and knew that every time that I laughed that way I was probably planning something super evil. And of course, being an evil villain himself he had to check it out.  

He strolled in to the living room, putting on his jacket. '' What exactly are you doing, love? Are you planning on murdering someone? '' he asked me with an amused look on his face.  

I looked at him with a scary grin. '' That's right! And I just came up with the best idea that would make him suffer, cry for help and beg to kill him because he won't be able to stand the pain, '' I said, my eyes sparkling with enthusiasm.  

Klaus was staring at me for a few seconds. Then he smirked. '' Sometimes the way you say things like that worries me. Are you really so evil, sweetheart? ''  

'' Well, I did learn from the best, didn't I? '' I asked with a grin.  

Klaus speed through the room and pulled me in to a quick kiss. Somehow that still always send shivers of pleasure down my spine. I wasn't sure how it was possible that I was so in love with someone but somehow it was. It was like Romeo and Juilet. Well, if Romeo would be an evil villain and Juliet a crazy, murderous hybrid with some serious problems.  

Yup, Klaus and I really were an interesting couple.  

'' You're correct. And I love you just like that, '' Klaus murmured, looking at me with his blue eyes sparkling.  

'' I love you to! '' I said, smiling. Then I thoughtfully frowned. '' Well, I'm actually helping someone else with a murder... ''  

'' Who exactly? '' he asked, raising an eyebrow, a hint of curiosity in his voice.  

I suddenly heard a car approaching and slowly smirked. '' You'll meet her in... three... two... one... ''  

That was when we both heard Lucy's voice outside: '' Woah... I totally need to get a crib like that! ''  

Klaus narrowed his eyes with confusion. '' Who's that? ''  

'' Lucy! Get in here! '' I yelled, still smirking.  

A few seconds later Lucy suddenly appeared in the middle of the living room, together with her flaming red hair and blue eyes. '' Hey! I just said goodbye to Stefan and I thought that I'll come and see where do you live! '' she said with a smile.  

Then her eyes suddenly widened and travelled in Klaus's direction. I was wondering what her reaction will be after meeting him. Most of the vampires that knew who he was and how strong exactly instantly decided to bow down or something like that. But I knew Lucy enough to be sure that she was going to do something different.  

That was why I wasn't exactly surprised, different from Klaus when she pointed at him and yelled with anger: '' You! You're the bastard that broke Alice's heart! ''  

Klaus slightly narrowed his eyes at her, then looked at me. I quickly shook my head, knowing that he was probably already thinking about killing her because she called him 'bastard'. Yeah, Lucy was a lot like me in many ways. And another thing that we had in common was that we easily made someone hate us only a second or two after knowing was. I always called that a special talent, even if other vampires usually used the words: 'The most annoying and stupid and crazy vampire that I've ever met'.  

'' This time meeting one of Alice's friends isn't as fun as usually, '' Klaus murmured, crossing his arms.  

Hah, what a lie. He never really liked any of my friends. I mean, he thought that Caroline was way to blonde and stupid. Every time I went on a drink with Pete he said that he was the weakest werewolf that he ever saw. He didn't know Reachel but if he would I was sure that he would instantly dislike her. And Kol... Well, let's just say that there was a reason why he stabbed him and put him away in an old coffin.
