In The End

Acting Strange

I'm  siting in the living room watching TV when James comes through the door.

"Hey." I say to James.

"Oh hey Amelia." James says poping his head through to the living room before running upstairs.

What could be so important that he could practically blank me for?

I get up and go to James' room. I knock before walking in.

"So what's more important than me hey." I say siting next to James.

"Oh it's just Vamps stuff." James replies.

"Can I knowwwww?" Longing the w with a pout on my face.

"Soon, you'll know soon." James replies.

I hear the front door shut downstairs so I go to see who it is.

"Oh it's you." I say to my dad who has just come home from work.

"Sorry if I'm a disappointment." My dad laughs.

"Have you noticed anything strange with James?" I ask.

"He's really focused on The Vamps at the moment but apart from that no." My dad replies.

"Yeah I suppose." I say.

I go off to my room.

He acted like this when they signed The Tide so maybe they were signing another band?

I watch TV to take my mind of it.

"Dinner!" I hear James call.

I turn my TV off and then make my way to the kitchen. Spaghetti bolognese for dinner made by James was very weird.

"So what's this all in aid of?" I ask.

"Tomorrow I've booked a table for us all, including my mum, Sophie and Tim so you all can meet the band we're signing."

"I knew it, I knew it." I say.

"That's great news." My mum says.

"Thanks Sarah." James replies.

"Any good?" My dad asks.

"Of course they are dad or we wouldn't have signed them." James laughs.

"What are they called?" I ask.

"They're called New Hope Club and there is 3 of them. Reece, George and Blake." He says excitedly.

"Oh right cool. How old are they?" I say trying not to act suspicious.

"Don't get any ideas Amelia." James says.

"So in my age range then?" I laugh.

"Amelia you won't be going out with anyone until your 20." My dad says jokingly.

"Yeah yeah ok." I reply.
