New Year

"Brad is doing a New Years party. Do you want to go?" James asks.

"Who's going to be there?" I ask.

"New Hope Club, The Tide, Con Tris and a few of our mates." James says.

Reece.

"Yeah ok." I say.

New Year's Eve

What do I wear?! That's to slutty, that's way to small ugh.

"Are you nearly ready?" James asks.

"Yeah, I'm just deciding what to wear." I say.

"We'll hurry up." James says angrily.

After looking and moaning some more I decide on a burgundy lace dress which comes just above the knee. (One in photo above).

We drive to the party, which isn't to far away, it's at Brads house.

"I thought not many people would be going?" I say to James.

"Yeah me too but that's Brad for you." James says.

I laugh.

"Your not going to get too drunk are you?" I ask.

"No no, not good for my figure." James laughs.

"You're so vein. Let's go then." I say.

We go into Brads and I spot George.

"Hey George." I say giving him a hug.

"Hey, didn't think you were coming." George says.

"Yeah, didn't Reece tell you?" I say.

"Well we haven't been speaking much lately." George says.

"What? Why not?" I say.

"We had an argument over band stuff." George says.

"Oh he didn't tell me." I say.

"I just bet he didn't get round to it." George says

I walk off to go find Reece. On my way I bump into Brad.

"Ameliaaaaa!" Brad says.

"Braaaaaad!" I reply.

"How's things?" He asks

"Things are good I suppose." I say.

"Good good. Enjoy the party." He says and then he is gone.

I walk around until I find Reece talking to this girl. She has long blonde hair and pretty much her whole cleavage out.

Stay calm, don't get jealous.

I walk over to the two.

"Hey Reece, hey sorry I don't know your name." I say to the girl.

"Hey, I'm Chloe." She replies.

"I'm Amelia, Reece's uhhh friend." I stutter.

"Yeah, she's James' sister." Reece says.

"So you were saying about tour." Chloe says in a high pitched flirty voice.

She stands there laughing even when what Reece says isn't that funny.

Calm down

I stand there tensing the more she spoke, edging closer and closer to Reece.

"Can I speak to you for a second Amelia?" Reece asks but because I'm so angry I don't hear him.

"Amelia?" Reece says snapping my out of my anger.

"Uhh yeah sure." I say as we walk away.

"Your jealous." Reece says with a smirk.

"No I'm not." I snap.

"It's so obvious you are." Reece laughs

"Ok, maybe a little." I say.

"It's cute." Reece says.

"Like you then." I reply.

"Heyyy love birds." Blake says whilst he's approaching us.

"Hey Blake." I reply.

"So who's that fitty you were talking to?" Blake asks Reece.

"Chloe, she's all yours." I say immediately.

"Someone a bit jealous?" Blake asks.

"Yeah she is but it's cute." Reece says.

"Ugh get a room you two." Blake says before walking off to Chloe.

Reece grabs my hand and takes me around a corner. He pushes me up against the wall and kisses me. I push Reece off me.

"What if someone sees?" I say.

"So what?" Reece says.

"What do you mean so what? James can't find out about us." I say.

Reece pulls away from me.

"Why not? Everyone else near enough knows!" Reece says.

"I'm doing this for you." I say.

"For me? No this is for you so your precious big brother doesn't find out that is baby sister is with another man. Sneaking about, trying to get to spend at least more than five minutes alone with you isn't 'for me'." Reece says raising his voice.

I stand there not knowing what to say.

"See, can't even think of anything to say to me." Reece says before storming off.

What have I done? What if he doesn't want anything to do with me anymore?

I start to run to the bathroom before Tristan catches my arm.

"Hey, what's wrong Melia?" Tris asks.

"Nothing, I'm fine." I say.

"You clearly aren't." Tris says.

"It doesn't matter. I just want to go home. Where's James?" I ask.

"He's over there." Tris says pointing.

I go to James.

"Can we go home?" I ask.

"Home? The party's barely even started, it hasn't even reached the new year and I've had to much to drink." James says.

"Fine. I'm going to book a hotel. Don't bother following me." I say before storming off.

A/N - There's trouble. Do you think Reece and Amelia will still be together or has Reece had enough?
