Alex's POV

I'm so confused right now, like seriously, this is just a hole mess for me, should i date my best friend?  mean I've known him since i was little and i honestly don't want anything to happen to out friendship

at least not now.

Axel's POV

i can't believe she accepted to go out with me, well not exactly out, more like inside her house....

but well whatever you know what i mean

well anyways, I'm not sure how this is gonna turn out, I'm not pretty good with girls so lets just hope nothing goes wrong

more specific.... lets just hope i don't get hungry.

i got to Winter's house quickly since she didn't live too far, plus i have vampire speed

i was surprised when i got there

their house is gigantic 

how much money do this guys have? well fuck

i made my way to the front door and knocked

I've gotta admit i was feeling a little bit nervous, i really don't hang with a lot of people, most of the time I'm either with Scarlett or Alex, i don't like Jordan much, he's a bit weird

i was snapped out of my thought by winter, who opened the door, i smiled at her damm she's prettier than i remember 

"hey I'm glad you're here, the Xbox is in the living room, i don't really know how to play most of this games so you have to take it easy on me" 

"don't worry I'm not very good with video games either, so you don't have to worry about it, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna loose at most of them" i said as we walked inside towards the tv

"na I'm pretty sure I'm the one who's gonna loose this thing"

"no trust me I'm terrible at video games if anyone's gonna loose its me"

"neh I'm pretty sure I'm the worst there is"

"no you're not, i am"

" na ah i am"

"no me"

"are you challenging me?"

"hey I'm just sayin' .."

"well lets find out"

we played for ours, finally winter got up and headed towards the kitchen

"you want something to eat?"

"well umm..."

got i am such a mess, i can't even talk to her without messing up

why is this happening to me, god i just wanna disappear

"you ok?" she said while walking back inside the room

"yeah sorry, I'm not very good with girls, i didn't think you would accept to go out with me"

"why wouldn't you?"

"i don't know,  guess its because most girls usually think I'm weird and don't like me or so"

"you are weird but since when is that a bad thing?"

"i guess your right, but most people see me only as a trouble maker, even my brother"

i wasn't lying i know I'm just a headache for him, he tries to be a good brother and i always let him down

i know my parents would be disappointed at me, i just know

"boo, don't say that, I'm sure your brother sees you as more, and I'm pretty sure he loves you more than you think, he's just too caught up with he's own life, that's it" she said while sitting down next to me

" i guess your right, but i hate that everybody looks down on me, like I'm a terrible person"

"look at me" she said putting her hand in my cheek making me face her "i don't think your a terrible person, and honestly if people can't see how wonderful you are then that's their bad"

god i swear this girl is perfect, thought being this close to her right now is making me shiver

"i don't know, i guess your right"

she smiled at me then got up and grabbed the tv remote "wanna watch a movie?"

"sure but what?"

"i don't know, il just click on whatever's on" she sat next to me and put her head on my shoulder

we were watching a movie that had something to do with a dog or so, i wasn't really paying attention to the movie and neither was winter, it was a bit boring so i was just focused on winter

the  movie ended and winter got up to turn the tv off,  "my brothers probably gonna be home soon so i guess you've better get going"

"i guess, so il see you around school then?" i said as we walked out the front door

"sure il see you tomorrow"

i bent down and pressed my lips against hers, they felt cold, well not as cold as mine but still pretty cold, she kissed me back but i was pushed to the ground by a hand

"DUDE GET OFF MY LITTLE SISTER!!!" it was Derek

"get out of my house NOW!!"

i would've used my vampire strength but i didn't want to hurt winter, after all its her big brother

i just went back to my house

when i got there Alex was sitting on the dinning table talking to Scarlett, i knew they were gonna ask me where i was so i just went running up my room before they could say anything

when i got there i locked the door behind me and sat on the side of the bed

i was a little mad at Derek, he didn't have to push, well she is his little sister, but still.

i don't really care about that anyways, the only thing on my mind right now is that kiss

dammit it was like a dream come true.

i was deep into thought when Alex knocked on my door, "where exactly where you ?"

"none of your businesses"

"why wont you tell me?"

"because i don't need too, now leave me alone"

he sat next to me on the bed "look i know il never be equal to mom and dad but I'm trying my best alright" he said with a soft voice

"i don't need you okay, i can take care of myself" 

"fine suit yourself" he said slamming the door to my room

i hate that he thinks he's the boss of me or something, i don't need him, I'm a vampire i can take care of myself, humans aren't exactly threatening.

i know he's just trying to protect me but I'm sick and tired of that, he treats me like a child, which i am not.

sometimes i wish my parent's weren't even dead
