Chapter 26

           Alexandra p.o.v :

" Ahh, it's morning already " I said to myself, unable to move myself from the soft pillow and blanket.

I quickly began washing my face, and wearing my maid uniform.

I rushed downstairs. I'll be yelled at by the maid Serena if I be any more late!

I didn't wake up early enough.

And my duty as a maid is to be awake way too early, before my master and mistress!

Suddenly, I pumped into someone.

" Ouch.. ahh! I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to-- " I said apologising, I raised my head to see who it was .

" Ah, mister Edward! " I said in relief.

I'm honestly glad it was him . I would probably be frozen in my place if it was master!!

" dont worry about it, it's fine " he said, pulling me to his side with a playful smirk . He became more player then he used to!

" Let go of me, already " I raised my voice, telling him to let me go .

He chuckled, Is that funny ?

" I'm sorry, it's just fun playing with you " he smiled warmly.

I gave him annoyed look, and walked away , only to hear him laughing more .

" That ...idiot. Is it funny to harass people? " I said, getting annoyed. I know I should not call him that, but he made me a bit annoyed .

" YOU'RE LATE! " The maid Serena yelled at me .

" I'm sorry . I was really sleepy! " I apologised, giggling.

" Go to work already! " She ordered .

I like the way she always pretends to be cruel, while she have a really kind heart.

I can see her speaking with Mr Tom . He is probably giving her some orders, while she's staring at him with eyes filled with love .

I hope he notices her,

Speaking about noticing, there is another person that needs to be noticed .

" Good morning, Lili " I said to her and she yelled.

" Oh, you scared me!! " She yelled at me.

" What were you staring at? " I said, looking from the window.

I saw jack there brushing the horse hair carefully, and with great care . The horses love him, as much he loves them .

" I see " I chuckled .

" N-no, it's just... oh, just keep your mouth shut! Please... " she yelled, then mumbled, while she said the word " please "

" Fine, but we have work to do now, so let's go " I said with a serious voice, and she nodded.

Time runs fast. I thought to myself as I sat down with both Lili and jack, having lunch together.

We usually eat together when we have time. It was Lili idea, she always tries to have jack attention.

I can see the admiration in her eyes.

I've decided to help her this time. " Jack, what do you think about Lili? " I said as if it's a funny thing to ask, not to sound too serious.

" Well... she's cute " he said.

Lili eyes sparkled when he said so.

" She's just like a cute little sister to me "
