Olivia yanked herself away from him and hopped off the couch, walked halfway across the room, turned around and yelled, "No Elliot, no. You can't leave, and then come back and expect things to pick up right where they left off. You can't do this to me. It's not fair. I'm not the girl you get to have whenever you want or whenever I'm most convenient for you. So please, do us both a favor and get out."
Elliot looked at her, then down at the floor, and then back up at her. He started to speak, but then stopped himself. He got up and headed for the door, turned around and said, "If it makes any difference Liv, I always wanted you. From the minute I met you to the minute I left you. Hell, I've wanted you every minute since then. I'm sorry it took me this long to tell you that. I figured if I came back you would feel the same way, and forgive me for leaving. I guess I can be a presumptive douche, huh?"
Olivia reached for her glass, "ya think?" she asked in a sarcastic tone as she took a sip of her whiskey, wincing as it burned down her throat.
"I guess it was nice seeing you" Elliot said as he turned around and twisted the door nob.
Before he even had time to open the door, Olivia had shot up off the couch and wrapped herself around him and started kissing him harder than he had kissed her before.
