Chapter 19 - Meet the Family!

The screams of fans surrounded Me and Luke as we were walking down the state fair hand-in-hand eating candy-floss, silently. Until, Luke blurted something out.

"6 months Ally, I was broken for 6 months." Luke said.

"I know Luke, so was I. But you can't be mad at me; it was my mum, she was having a troubled time at home so I stayed to look after her until she sorted things out. Besides, why did you stop contacting me?" I asked, staring at the ground.

"I missed you too much. It hurt knowing I couldn't go over to the house next to me and see my girl, hug her, kiss her or even throw her in the pool." I giggled.

It took Luke a good half an hour until to calm down after my surprise. But, it was all worth it in the end.

"So, are you and Beau still the only guys in the house who are in a relationship?" I asked curiously.

"Surprisingly no, Daniel got a girlfriend! She's called Mollie, really nice girl! You'll get on with her perfectly I guarantee. But it was tough seeing those two all loved up, whilst me and Beau were left to mourn over our girls. Where's Chloe then anyway?"

"Aw, that's great news for Daniel, can't wait to meet her then! Chloe's a little ill back at home, but tell Beau she'll be over in a couple of weeks when she feels better. How's Jai been coping?" I whispered.

"Pretty well to be honest. I mean, he's still a little crushed about everything but he's coping. He's a strong guy though."

I was so glad to hear that. I had worried about Jai for the duration of my trip home, I was scared that he was going to do something that he would regret in the future, but I'm so proud that he stayed strong.

"Do you want me to try and win you something then?" Luke said, pointing to the 'knock down the cans' stalls.

I nodded. Luke walked over to the stall and paid for 3 baseballs. After being handed them, he instantly threw them at the 6 balanced cans at full pelt. I'm sure he almost knocked down the whole stall! Each and every can dropped to the floor likes flies.

"What's your favourite animal Al?" Luke shouted.

"Panda!" I replied.

"I'll take the panda please." Luke said, pointing to the stuffed animal.

The man handed the stuffed animal to Luke then went back to serving other customers.

"There you go!" Luke said, handing me the huge panda.

"Luke oh my god, what do I do with this now!?"

Luke shrugged his shoulders and took my hand again, then carried on walking up the fair until Ronnie approached us.

"Guys, we need to get going. Come with me." Ronnie said, practically dragging us around the fair.

Soon, we reached the van and slid inside. Mollie and Daniel were sat in there whilst Ronnie was out look for the rest of the boys.

"PANDA!" Daniel screamed, almost deafening all of us.

"Guessing you like Pandas Dan, here you go..." I said, handing Daniel the stuffed animal.

He was delighted, like a child being given a lollipop. What a freak! I turned to my left where Mollie was sat, she was so pretty!

"Hi, I'm Alexandra but you can call me whatever you want, the boys do the same!" I said, shaking her hand.

"So you're the Ally that Luke has been crying about for months?" Mollie replied, looking at Luke.

"Mollie, I told you not to say that! Luke said, joining the conversation.

"Cutie." I said, kissing Luke on the cheek.

Just as we were about to continue our conversation again, Ronnie, Jai, Beau, James, Jacob and two other women came running into the van. We were being chased, great. Ronnie slammed the doors shut and told Jacob to drive as fast as he could. Fans were banging on the windows and screaming at the car. It was terrifying. I curled up into a ball and lay on Luke's lap whilst he stroked my hair slowly. Soon enough, we had beaten the fans as we were finally on the freeway. I put my head up slowly along with Mollie who had done the same thing as me. We had a lot of getting used to if we were going to stay with these guys! Just as I put my head up, I was approached by a very pretty woman with long brown hair, she looked a little similar to Luke, Jai and Beau. Oh...

"Sweetie, are you ok?" She said, putting her hand on my shoulder.

"Yes thank you, I just panic a little in enclosed spaces. Stupid anxiety!" I replied, practically beating myself up for being to petty.

"Aw, nothing to worry about pet. I'm Gina by the way, I don't think we've met before. I'm those little shits' mother!" Gina said, pointing to Luke, Jai and Beau as they laughed.

"Oh wow, hi. I'm Alexandra, Luke's girlfriend but he may have told you about me! If you don't mind me asking, who's the extremely pretty woman to the left of you." I asked.

"Most definitely, you're all he's ever talked about for the past 6 months! Oh, this Mariam, Ronnie's beautiful fiancée."

"Oh well I'm very privileged to meet you both!"

"The pleasure is all mine, welcome to the family!"
