Chapter 43 - Feelings never change...

{Ally's POV}

Beau stood in the entrance of the doorway, holding one of Leo's play toy in his hand. Both his jaw and the toy dropped simultaneously as Jai's words process through his head.

"Please don't tell me your at it again?" He asked, raising a hand to his head and laughing slightly.

"Beau, you're back!" He shouted, offering a hug that Beau declined.

"No, no hugs for you. You told all of us that this was the end of your little petty romance. How can you keep doing this to your own brother?" He asked, as gaining silence as a reply.

"Beau you won't say anything?" I asked, rather than allowing Jai to reply.

My tone was painful for even myself to listen to, it was as if I was begging him. I really loved him...

"Luke's downstairs talking about you moving in with him!" He closed his mouth instantly and covered it with his hand.

"What?" I was utterly shocked.

"How can you move in with him while your at it again with him?" He asked, raising hand in the air and from behind him the floorboards creaked.

"What's going on?"

"Chloe?!" I ran past Beau and leaped on Chloe. I guessed she was still weak after the baby but she didn't seem to care. Instead of hugging me back she pushed me away slightly and stared at me.

"What's everyone talking about?" She asked as her eyes flicked between me and Jai.

"Just the fact that Ally and Jai kissed behind Luke's back last night, and he still doesn't know!" Beau said, putting it as blunt as possible.

"Chloe, don't say anything! It's not like it sounds!" I begged her and she stared at Jai.

"Care to explain Jai?" She whispered, staring through his sorrow-filled body.

He shook his head and just looked away from her.

"It really isn't that big of a deal-" I said, being cut off by Beau.

"Leo's crying downstairs, we'll leave you to it," Beau grabbed Chloe's waist and led her down stairs leaving me and Jai alone again.

"Why didn't you say anything?" I asked, looking out of the window to avoid his eye contact.

I waited a few seconds, until I realised he wasn't going to give me a reply.

"Oi, I've already asked you. Stop being rude, and give me a reply, why didn't you say anything?"

There was a large pause after Jai took a breath. He was wasting my time, and I knew it. I started walking out of the room, until he called my name.

"Ally, wait." He said emotionlessly.

I ignored him, and carried on walking until he repeated himself.

"Alexandra, I said wait." He said, stronger and more forcefully.

I gave in, and walked back into the room and joined him sitting down on the bed.

"What?" I muttered.

"You didn't give me any time to reply to your question. I was taking my time, you really are impatient." He said, with a smug like smile on his face.

"Ok, what is i-" Before I could finish my question, he brought his mouth up to mine and began kissing me again.

I couldn't fight back, so I just continuously kissed him back.

"It is because I still love you."
