"Court docket number four two zero seven. People verses Eric Lewis."

"How does the defendant plead?" Judge Ace Tyler said.

"Not guilty." Eric said.

"Mister Barba, welcome." Ace said.

"Thank you people want to reprimand." Barba said.

"On what grounds?" Asked Eric's lawyer, JB West.

"His blood is same to his brother who took an NYPD officer and he did the same...however Boston Police Department's Detective Jane Rizzoli is still in a coma." Barba spoke.

"Your Honor..." "Mister West, Mister Barba has a point. Defendant to be held without bail." Ace said slamming his gravel.

"So what happens if he does get convicted?" Maura asked the sharp dressed New York ADA.

"He'll be up for the death penalty...but if that's denied, twenty five to life." Barba looked past Maura and at the pale Italian.

"Thank you Mister Barba...will my testimony be needed?" Maura asked.

"I'm afraid so...I am really sorry about what happened." Barba adjusted his tie as Rollins and Carsi walked into the hallway.

"Barba, Korsak sent us to get you." Carsi said.

"Alright. I'll see you tomorrow Doctor Isles." Barba spoke before shaking Maura's hand.

He walked down the hall.

"How are you enjoying Boston?" Maura asked.

"It's pretty, but Liv sent us over to check on you." Amanda said.

"I don't think we've meet. Doctor Maura Isles." Rizzoli.

"Dominick Carsi Junior...but you can call me Sonny or Carsi." Carsi said shaking Maura's hand.

"Amanda Rollins." Amanda didn't even look at Maura.

"Is it okay if we see her?" Carsi asked. "Yeah...if she was awake, she'd say no." Maura lightly chuckled.

The NYPD detectives played their respects as Maura looked at Jane.

I'm sorry for arguing with you.
