Jane work up confused. She looked around and realized that she was in the hospital.
Her eyes found Maura.
"Hey." Jane said. "Hi." Maura said, "How'd you sleep?"
"Good...how long was I asleep and what happened?" Jane asked.
"You were held hostage and had severe injuries to the spleen and your right hip. Your right hip is shattered and you won't be walking for a while. You were in a coma for almost three months. Your kidnapper was found guilty." Maura said as Jane's eyes fell to Maura's abdomen, "What?"
"Has Maura Isles been eating junk food while I was asleep?" Jane asked.
"Not exactly." Maura said digging into her purse.
"Maur...?" Jane asked.
"Congratulations Ma Rizzoli." Maura said giving Jane the glossy, three by five photo.
"Maura...you're...." Jane started.
"Yeah." Maura said as Jane scooted over and let Maura into bed, "Jane, meet James or Kasey Isles-Rizzoli."
Jane looked up from the picture and started to cry. She hugged Maura and cried in Maura's shoulder.
"I'm gonna be a Ma." Jane said in tears.
"You're gonna be a Ma." Maura said as Jane caresses Maura's abdomen.
