I don't know about you, but when I se a book without punctuation, I usually like immediatley cringe and exit the book. I can't stand it when people don't use the grammar school has given them! What are you, kindergarteners?!
How to prevent forgotten grammar
1. Re-read your work, and add punctuation if needed.
ex) "hi Matilda" said Amy I turned and saw her "oh hi amy"
good ex) "Hi, Matilda!" said Amy. I turned and saw her. "Oh, hi Amy."
this makes my insane, it makes works so bland and emotionless and unrealistic, it's not gripping or attention trapping.
