Dear John,
It's been two weeks since you left. I miss you a lot. I haven't been talk to no one since you left, beside my grandparents. They keep me busy even though you are always on my mind.
I celebrated my mom and grandma's birthday together. It was nice, too emotional though. Couldn't get the right words out. I was nervous, really hoped speech class would've work that time. (Note sarcasm)
I also went to Manhattan with my aunt, mom and sister. It was fun, really hot day too. Also, I went to a live Caribbean concert yesterday. It was fun too. Had a great time! I also had autographs too.
I wonder how you are right now. Are you okay? (I know I ask this a lot, but what else can I say?) Is training tough? How are you managing? Did you make friends? Hope they play nice, or else.
I miss you, buddy. Come home soon.
