They used to be cute. Back before A broke hearts and fucked men behind her girl's back. Before the endless fights about matters so small we can't remember what they were about. Before K became the dead body I see walking around school these days. Before A began using "I love you" too loosely. Before the days of dark depression between the two of them alone. Before K hardened her heart. Before the drugs. Before the alcohol. Before the sex and the pregnancy scares... Before A & K tried to rid their pain over one another in ways too frightening to even think of.
