~1 month later~
Castiel was let out of the hospital a week after he woke up. He started to have troubles breathing, but after a while he was fine. The doctors told him that he could take off the bandage from his cheek, but the bandage on his back would stay on for a month.
After a month, Castiel went back to the hospital so that the doctor could check on his burns and take off the damn bandage. Dean stood in front of him and gave him a small smile.
"I went through this. Your burns probably won't be as bad."
"Part of the fucking ceiling fell on my back. I think it's going to be bad."
"Oh hush. It won't be."
The doctor slowly peeled the bandage off and Castiel cringed at the feeling. The two boys stared at each other in silence as the doctor checked the burns.
"The burns seem fine. You will have marks and scars left over, but you can live with that. Other than that, you're fine."
"Can I see it?" Castiel asked quietly.
