She held her hand up and I pushed it down. She picked up her spoon and flung her watery ass oatmeal on me.
"GRANNY ! ERYN MESSED UP MY SHIRT FOR SCHOOL !" I yelled
"NO I DIDN'T !"
I picked up my spoon and flung my oatmeal back at her.
"YES YOU DID ! GRAANNNY !"
"STOP YELLING IN MY GOT DAMN HOUSE !" Papaw yelled scaring the shit out of us
"She messed up my shirt" I whined as he walked in the kitchen
"She keep teasing me about my oatmeal" Eryn said
"I know y'all better shut the hell up, yelling at 6 something in the fucking morning. Hell wrong with y'all"
"Baby what is in your pocket ?" Granny walked in the kitchen
"My pistol" He pulled it out and sat it on the table
"If you don't get that damn gun off my table" She scolded him "And what the hell y'all yelling fo' ?"
"Cause she messed up my shirt" We said at the same time
"Just stupid. So damn stupid" Papaw looked at us shaking his head
She wiped the oatmeal off both of our shirts. After she finished, she got a wooden spoon and popped the shit out of our hands.
"Stop playing around with ya damn food. I ain't buy it for y'all to waste my damn money"
"My hand hurt, I can't eat" Eryn frowned
"Well use yo other hand"
"I'm not good with my right hand, I'm left handed"
It was quiet before me and Papaw busted out in a fit of laughter. Granny was mugging Eryn as she kept a straight face on.
"Eryn"
"Yes ma'am ?"
"Don't go to school with a red face"
"How I'm gon' get a red face ?"
"Cause I'm finna slap the shit out of you, now hurry up so y'all can go to school"
I tried not to laugh as Eryn made this funny as face as if she was saying who granny was gonna slap.
