at home this morning

she hauled her suitcase out of the way and sat on her bed.
'yep i'm good!'
'i tripped over my suitcase!'
'your suitcase?'
'where are you headed?'
'ness and daniel needed
me in la for a short film
they're shooting!'
'i leave in about 3 hours'
'oh okay'
'i was uh actually calling to
see if you wanted to grab
coffee with me later but
if you're leaving then i guess
you probably can't,'
chris laughed awkwardly, running his hand through his hair. the hair and makeup department would kill him for that later.
'oh! i'm sorry!'
'no it's okay!!'
'you were probably busy anyway
it was a bad idea,'
'no! not at all!'
'i'd love to get coffee with you!'

chris smiled at her response.
'yes!!'
'next time we're in the same city
i'll definitely take you up on that offer!'
