Sorry this is kinda late
I started at him absentmindedly. Almost as if it were a routine. Well, I guess it kind of was. I get finished with my homework, and for the time being I stare.
Tyler Robert Joseph was a living example of gorgeousness. That's possible, right?
"Do you know what number four is?"
He looked up and I came back to reality.
"U-uh, 17."
My neck and cheeks went warm.
"Thanks."
He smiled and faced back to his paper.
My mind kept going back to to a few days before. It was Sunday, nothing as major has ever happened.

It was Sunday morning, around 3 A.M.
My phone's screen illuminated my glass, bed side table.

He was calling me.
"Hello?" I answered, my voice groggy.
"H-hey bri, can you c-come pick me up? *Giggle* im at the bar in town."
He giggled some more.
"Oh god, Ty, have you been drinking?"
I rested my head in my hand.
"Possibly."
"Ill be there soon, hang tight."
I snuck out of my room, and out the door successfully.
My feet stepped down hard on the pedal, the cars tires screeching.
I passed by many closed stores. At the corner of the street I saw a man sitting on the curb.
"Ugh, Tyler. What happened?"
"Jenna and I got into a fight."
With all the strength i had, I pulled him up and sat him in the passengers seat.

We drove to my house, and I snuck him up to my room.
Flash back over
"Are you done yet?"
I tapped my pencil on my notebook impatiently.
"Yeah."
He sat his pencil down and laid back.
"Can i sing you a song? I need approval for it."
"Sing away, my friend."
Friend, I hate when he calls me friend.

I took my hands away from the keys and opened my eyes. Tyler stood there, shocked.
"That was amazing! But I do have a question, who was that for?"
My frustration with this boy grew even more. I grabbed at my hair.
"How have you not noticed?"
"... noticed what?"
"You're such an idiot! I've been dropping hints for 2 years! And you still haven't gotten the message?! God Tyler do you want me to say it out loud!? I will! I'm in love with you! And for the past two years it's been eating me alive inside. I have to live with the fact that you will never feel the same for me as i do for you. Im just tired of it."
I layed lifeless like on the floor, scared for his next words.
"Really?"
"Yes. Really."
"Wow, I don't know what to say." A nervous laugh escaped his lips.
"I'm gonna go."
I sat up quickly and leaped for the door. Before I made it out he had a grip on my arm.
"I love you."
My breath hitched.
"You're just saying that to make me feel better about myself."
"No, im really not."
I spun around.
"Really?"
He most likely could see the red on my face.
"Yes. Really."
In one swift movement, his hands grazed against my face and pulled me in quickly. Our faces lingered closely.
"Are we gonna kiss or what?" I smiled. He smiled as well and pulled is in.
