"Balloons! Guys! Come on!" Lauren ordered as she leaned over the stairway railing. Today was the baby shower for Ava and your wife was a panicking wreck trying to get everything sorted. She ran her fingers through her hair once more. "Where the hell's the cake at?!"

You came out of your bedroom and to where the balcony overlooked the foyer. Lauren rested her head in her hands with stress, and you put your hands on her shoulders from behind. "Laur, baby, stop stressing it's okay."

She sighed and turned around in your arms, resting her hands against your waist. "I want everything to be perfect for our daughter and grand baby."

You kissed the tip of her nose sweetly and reassured, "Me too honey, and it's going to be."..."we still have a few hours, it's okay, so stop stressing."

Lauren looked into your eyes with love, and you pressed your lips against hers. You melted into her kiss and she pushed you up against the balcony, not caring that anyone could see the pair of you.

It was getting more heated than you realized, as she gripped her hands on your butt and pulled you incredibly close to her front, making you moan quietly. She chuckled against your lips and you felt the immense butterflies in your stomach.

A few minutes later, you heard a timid voice from the bottom of the stairway, making you instantly pull back from your wife.

"Mrs Jauregui, where should I put the flowers?" A young girl asked timidly, making the least eye contact possible.

Your wife smiled at the employee, "Please, call me Lauren and i'll come down now." She replied with a reassuring tone.

The girl nodded with a sweet smile, and Lauren turned to you once more. "We'll finish this later." She whispered with a wink.

You giggled and pressed a kiss against her lips. "Oh i'll look forward to it Mrs Jauregui."

Eventually after a few hours, the whole house was decorated perfectly, and Ava came out from her room ready to greet everyone.

"Do I look okay?" She said, walking into the kitchen as you poured some orange juice into a glass.

"Aw you look so pretty darling." You reassured, and Laur nodded in agreement.

"Thanks, this place looks amazing." She replied, looking around at all the decorations with a huge smile, as she placed her hand against her protruding bump.

"Is everything okay for you? It's not too overbearing is i-"

"It's perfect mom, stop panicking." Ava replied with laughter, placing her hand against Lauren's shoulder.

Before your wife could reply, there was a knock at the front door. You placed your glass on the counter and followed Lauren to the door as Ava sat in the living area. Your wife opened the door to see her parents on the other side.

Clara had a huge grin on her face and Mike unloaded a bag of gifts and a new pram from their car.

The oldest woman instantly rushed forward, putting her hands on your wife's cheek and kissing her forehead. "Hi mija!"

"Oh here comes trouble." Lauren joked, kissing her mom's cheek.

"Where's that beautiful wife of yours and my perfect grand baby?"

"Oh so that's how it is! No 'how are you Lauren?', 'I missed you Lauren' Just straight onto my wife." The singer exclaimed, faking a hurt expression, making everyone laugh.

"What can I say babe, i'm the favorite." You said with laughter from behind, as Clara moved past her daughter to hug you close.

Lauren chuckled, then turned to her dad. "Hi papa." She greeted her father as Clara squeezed you tight. Mike smiled lovingly at his daughter and pressed a kiss against the top of her head.

"Hi darling."

Lauren hugged him briefly, then joined in with the group hug, rocking you all from side to side before you pulled apart.

"Come in then guys." She announced, taking your hand as her parents followed.

The four of you walked into the living room, Mike carried the gifts through and you met Ava in the middle.

As soon as Clara spotted your teen daughter, her arms were open wide. "My beautiful grand daughter!" She cooed, pulling Ava into her embrace.

"Hey grandma! Grandpapi! I missed you both!"

You smiled lovingly at the encounter between your daughter and her grandparents, holding onto Lauren's hand and resting your head against her shoulder.

A few seconds passed, then the five of you took your places on the sofa's and chatted like usual.

"So where are the bratz ma?" Lauren joked, referring to her siblings whilst giggling.

"Lauren, be nice to your brother and sister." Clara instructed, making you laugh beneath your breath. "They are on their way, Taylor was just behind us in the traffic." She added with a smile.

Then, suddenly burst open the door and came the voices of Lauren's younger brother and sister. You laughed loudly at the coincidence, and then they came walking into your home.

"THE PARTAYSSS HEREEEE!" You heard them sing loudly, making Lauren roll her eyes.

Ava snapped her head up and jumped from her place on the sofa. "Aunt Taylor!"..."Uncle Chris!" She squealed excitedly, running to pull them into a hug.

"Hey munchkin!" They said in sync, hugging Ava tight.

A few seconds later, they spotted you and your wife sat on the sofa watching the encounter. "Laurenzo! Y/n/n! (your nickname)" They squealed.

"Hey, come in." Lauren said sarcastically, laughing at her younger siblings as she moved to hug them close.

Chris ruffled your wife's hair, making her groan in frustration, it was so funny to watch them interact.

"We brought gifts!" Taylor said happily, pointing to the pile of presents they had left in the doorway.

"Aw thankyou guys!" Ava said sweetly, moving to hug her aunt once more.

"You're welcome kiddo, how's our great nephew?" Chris replied, sitting on the arm of the chair next to Mike.

"The baby's good, he is certainly very active though and the need to pee 24/7 is real."

Clara placed her hand against Ava's knee, "Aw he's definitely a Jauregui boy."..."I remember when I was pregnant with you Chris, I had to pee every two seconds because you were prodding my bladder, and because of my mood swings your father couldn't come anywhere near me-"

"Maaaa!" The three siblings groaned, putting their hands out to stop their mother, making you laugh loudly.

"What?!" Clara replied innocently, but chuckling at her children's animated expressions.

Taylor groaned once more before quickly changing the subject. "Are the girls coming?" She questioned, referring to Camila, Ally, Mani and Dinah.

Lauren nodded, grateful for the change of topic. "Yep, they should be on their way now."
