Pregnant daughter (Part 5)

Fifteen minutes later, you heard another car pull into your driveway, and Lauren walked to your front door.

"The girls are here!" She announced whilst opening it to greet the singers.

A chorus of Hi's and Hello's circulated as well as hugs and the secret handshakes that the five girls had created.

"Come in, come in, everyone's in the lounge." You heard Lauren tell her best friends, followed by various footsteps.

The girls entered the living room with huge smiles on their faces and immediately greeted everyone, it was kinda crazy.

Ally rushed over to your daughter first, pulling her into one of her famous hugs."Hi princess!" She cooed, then lowered her gaze to the baby bump. "and hello baby Jauregui."

You giggled at Ally's baby voice and watched as she talked animatedly to Ava's bump.

Your daughter started to giggle too as each of the singers took it in turns to greet the family, then her baby.

"Hello in there little man, I'm your Aunt Dinah" The Polynesian said sweetly, then whispered "I'm the cool one." making everyone laugh.

Mani jokingly pushed Dinah away before leaning down. "She think's she's cool, but she's such a dork."

With that, Dinah faked a hurt expression and put her hand against her heart before bursting out into laughter.

"Come on guy's grab a seat." Lauren encouraged between giggles whilst sitting in the arm chair and pulling you into her lap.

You got comfy in her embrace as the others sat around...Ava was sandwiched between Camila and Ally, Mike and Clara were sat together, Chris sat on the arm of the sofa, Taylor sat on the floor with lots of cushions and Dinah sat with Mani.

You looked around at each of them and smiled lovingly, such a perfect family you thought.

Within minutes of sitting down, Camila handed over the huge bags full of presents from all of the singers. "Open your gifts!" She encouraged with excitement.

Dinah grinned, then passed your daughter a wrapped up gift. "Yaaaas! Open mine first AJ."

"Okay, okay." Ava replied with her famous giggles, amused by her aunt's enthusiasm.

You all watched intently as Dinah handed her the gifts and she started to rip the gold wrapping paper. The first gift she unwrapped was a tiny grey onesie, making everyone awww.

"Only you could get me this Aunt Dinah." Ava said, throwing her head back in laughter as she held it in front of her.

She giggled once more, turning the clothing item around and you all realized what she had meant. You all looked closely to see the onesie imprinted with blue writing which said 'If you think i'm cute, you should see my aunt DJ'

"Yep, that's Dinah." Your wife spoke up, grinning at her best friend.

"Can't hide the truth Ralph!" The Polynesian countered, as Mani hi fived her with laughter.

Ava continued to unwrap the gifts carefully, revealing various onesies, cuddly toys and a baby monitor to put in the nursery.

Once she had opened each gift, your daughter smiled, and moved to hug her aunt. "Thankyou aunt DJ!"

"That's okay AJ."

"So cute!" Camila squealed, passing Ava another bag. "Okay, these are from your aunt Ally and I."

The pair had gotten her various presents, which included a baby bouncer chair, lots of cuddly toys and a bottle maker.

"Apparently, it's super clever and makes the bottle to the perfect temperature." The brunette said with a smile.

"Aw thankyou guys!" Ava cooed, enthralled with the fancy machine.

As the evening went along, the number of gifts had piled up and the living room was practically covered in gifts, however, it wasn't finished yet.

Ava had just finished opening the gifts from her Aunt Mani with a huge smile on her face. She had bought a little blue coat, some mini converse sneakers and the tiniest newborn outfit with matching booties and a cotton hat.

Your mini Lauren grinned from ear to ear, pulling Mani into her arms. "Aw thankyou aunt mani, he can wear this when he is born."

"Aw you're welcome darling." She cooed in your daughters ear.

As they had finished hugging, Mike carried in the baby stroller, as Clara handed over the cutest gift set of clothes and a fluffy bath robe saying 'baby Jauregui.' imprinted on it.

Then Taylor passed the gifts from her and Chris, which was a cute baby car seat and a set of bibs, pacifiers and blankets. "I'll show you how to fit the car seat it in your mom's car." He promised, and Ava nodded gratefully.

Once she had opened everything, the teen stood up and encouraged everyone into a group hug. "Thankyou so much everyone!"..."I love you so much!"

As the evening passed, everyone were engrossed in general chat, mostly about the new addition that was about to enter the family.

You looked to Lauren and she grinned at you, knowing the surprise that you had for your daughter.

Whilst the hectic week had passed by, Lauren had hired decorators in the house, and every time Ava questioned, you both claimed that the 'guest room' needed decorating. However, they had been creating the most perfect nursery for your grandson.

"Shall we show her?" You teased loud enough for Ava to hear, knowing that she absolutely loved surprises.

The teen snapped her head up, looking intently. "Show me what?" She quizzed.

Your wife giggled at her animated expression, "We have a surprise for you..."

"No way!"..."What?!"..."Tell me!"

"Okay, okay." You interjected whilst also giggling.

"Come on everyone, we have something to show you all." Lauren instructed, leading everyone up the luxurious stairway.

You followed behind Laur with your daughter, helping her up the stairs and she covered her eyes excitedly.

You reached the old guest room and stood outside waiting in suspense as Lauren opened the wooden door.

Everyone peered inside, before gasping, as they walked into the newly decorated nursery that looked so perfect.

"What is it?!" Ava squealed excitedly, practically jumping up and down on the spot.

You placed your hands on your daughters shoulders and removed her hands gently. "Okay open your eyes."

She quickly put her hands down and was then gobsmacked at the sight in front of her. The room was painted the cutest baby blue, and decorated with; a delicate crib, a comfortable arm chair, lots of toys and all the essentials that your daughter would need.

"Oh my- wow- whoa- oh my gosh!" Ava stuttered, then tears started to stream down her face.

"Shi! You're crying AJ." Dinah spoke up, looking to her niece.

Ava giggled between her sobs, before pulling you and Lauren close. "They're happy tears! Thankyou!!! I love it so much!"

The pair of you kissed the top of her head and Lauren held you both close, before whispering. "Aw nothing but the best for our grand baby."
