(A/N this takes place as Joey and Meghan walk into the mall no back story sorry)

It's been about three years since I moved from Boston and Daniel I miss him everyday but at the same time remember that this is what I get for hurting him I made new friends there names are Tyler and Meghan, Meghan is a werewolf and Tyler is a hybrid like me anyways me and Meghan were at the mall because she needs a shirt and I have anxiety attacks if I'm left alone at home so I came with her and to protect her because she is like a little sister to me as we walked to forever 21 her favorite store we walked over to the shirts and she started to shop moments later we heard the door bell ring and immediately I could see her tense and I knew why I sensed two vampires and I could tell that she was nervous because me and her both looked in a mirror and saw our eyes glint the yellowish orange color we have when our wolves kick in  immediately we mind linked with Tyler

I looked at her and saw that a boy had bumped into her I didn't feel comfortable so I didn't look up but I could sense that he was the vampire

M- no it's ok are you a vamp
She used the nick name we have we call vampires vamps and werewolves wolves

After he started talking I heard his voice and it reminded me of Daniel I think I just miss him to much I cut the boy off by saying
J- hey Meghan can we talk you know over here
I mined linked her and said ( if Joeys pov is underlined it's the mind link with Meghan I will also space it out)

J- Meghan please I'm not comfortable I- I don't like being this close to him
She immediately replied and said
M- ok come on don't worry ok just remember always and forever ok stay calm I don't want you to have another panick attack
J- thank you

She turned to him and said
M- excuse us
We left and I noticed he left to we walked to the side and started talking
J- Meghan I- I can't breath it scares me to be that close to another boy other then Tyler
M- it's ok Joey here don't worry in and out in and out
She handed me my inhaler Tyler and Meghan carry just in case and handed it to me I took two breaths and immediately could breath then I tensed again when I felt the other vamp walk over towards us but this time a girl but she walked over to the shirts but before she picked one up she glanced at me and Meghan and I instantly tensed then she turned around put the shirt down then walked back to the boy then they left and me and Meghan continued shopping she got a shirt and we payed as we walked out I saw a blurt and felt as though I was being picked up I heard Meghan scream
M- hey what the Joey hold on
She mind linked with me and Tyler and she told him to come and get me he immediately telling me to hold on and that he's coming. I started to shake god I'm having a panick attack I could feel the person under neath me take in a sharp breath and they stopped on top of a building putting me down I immediately doing my hand movements of the powers I have learned to control and shot fire through my hand making a circle around me and keeping my eyes closed until I heard a gasp and I had to look up that's when I noticed the eyes of the person that I thought never would find me that would never see me as a broken and beaten boy that would never love me I saw him I saw
J- d-daniel............

He looked at me tears threatening to spill and he started to speak
D- Joey y-you remember me
J- how could I forget the one that I love and the one that I hurt
D- Joey omg we miss you please I need to hug you it's been to long please remove the fire
J- I can't I don't want to hurt you I can't
X- but I can and am not afraid to either
Daniel turned around and I saw my all to familiar friend Tyler staring him down his eyes showing that he was ready to attack
X- get away from him and don't try anything stupid
J- Tyler stop he's ok
T- no he's not Joey he literally took you from Meghan and if she didn't mind link all three of us we wouldn't have found you I didn't want a repeat of the last time this happened w-
J- TYLER. Stop I don't need to remember that ok he's dead and that won't happen Daniels my boyfriend
T- you mean that's the kid that you stabbed and left him because you were scared of hurting him again
J- yes
D- uhhhhhh who's that and what does he mean he doesn't want a repeat of last time what the hell happened to you Joey
J- he's my friend Tyler and Meghan is the girl that I was with at the mall he and I are both hybrids and what he meant was he didn't want me to get r-r- I can't it's to hard
I couldn't talk about the boy that ruined me who made me feel worthless the person that I'm so glad is in the ground rotting.......Dustin
My fire immediately went out as I began to cry Tyler running over to me and holding me in a hug and me hearing Meghan run over to us and as to the hug I loved it when they hugged me. It made me feel safer as if nothing could touch me immediately Tyler opened a mind link

T- don't cry baby boy we're here  Dustin is dead he's never going to hurt you again ok
M- Tyler don't say his name
J- it's ok Tyler's right he's dead but it still hurts after what my step father put me through then the shit with jack then Dustin I'm glad I'm still alive and have you guys he's still my boyfriend and I love him and he needs to know

Even though I felt like sometimes I should just end it all and put both Meghan and Tyler out of the responsibilities of taking care of me

T- ok but please only when your ready now I think we should all go home
M- ok guys let's go I told that girl what happened though cause she asked and i told her I'm sorry
J- don't worry about it meg it's ok as long as she doesn't tell him
T- then I guess we should stop that conversation cause she's about to spill
I looked up and saw the girl talking to Daniel and she was about to say it but I had to tell him even if it broke his heart
J- don't I can do it
T- Joey tell him when your ready and if you wish for us not to tell him then we won't
J-ok I won't but can we go
D- ya we can but first Joey can you come over here
J- ya guys go wait down there
I was nervous to be left alone but I knew that Daniel wouldn't harm me hopefully.
But as I walked over there I could see that he was going to do anything but that
He immediately wrapped his arms around me and engulfed me in a hug I tensed but then immediately leaned into his touch then he started to lean in and he started to speak
D- I love you
Then he kissed me and it was soft and loving I had tensed but then kissed him back It started to get heated but he pulled away and smiled at me I mumbled a thank you because I think he knew that I wasn't ready he then took my hand and we went down to the cement I asked him what we were going to do know and he said
D- well I think there are two people who would like to see you and your friends
J- you- you m-mean your parents I c-can't
D- don't worry J you and your friends are all coming I'm pretty sure they'd like to thank you guys for keeping him safe now let's get going
I haven't seen them in three years I know they are angry with me and I don't want to see more people upset with me
          Time skip(cause I'm lazy)
We had just gotten to Daniels house and me, Tyler, and Meghan were all on high alert me because I frighten easily and Tyler and Meghan cause they always sense when I'm nervous Daniel immediately walked in and I heard his parents
DM- Daniel any lu-
She stopped mid sentence when she saw me I could see the tears well up in her eyes as she ran towards me and hugging me I started shaking because I hate physical contact and immediately mind linked with them

J- g-guys can't b-breath having p-panick a attack please I-I need my pi-pills
M- JOEY calm down Tyler get water keep breathing Joey
I instantly felt getting whipped from her grip and falling to the floor Tyler running over with water and Meghan handing me my pills Tyler immediately telling them what's happening
T- he's having a panick attack he doesn't like physical contact and when you hugged him it gave him horrible memories this is putting to much stress on him we have to leave
D- j-Joey are you ok
I instantly shock my head and that's when Tyler picked me I felt the medicine kick in and I mind linked with them after hearing Daniel say
D- I love you Joey

J- Tyler tell him I love him to please
He looked at me and nodded he looked at Daniel  and before I fell asleep I heard Tyler say
T- he said he loves you to
And with that darkness engulfed me.......
