I was running, running to where I know nothing of hearing voices cackle as I run past trying to get away from the hands reaching out to catch me running to my ball of light that's at the end of the tunnel but like always I am not fast enough as I feel a hand grasp my shoulder and pull me backwards I kick and scream but nobody seems to hear me I feel my body being dragged through the pitch black abyss screaming out again and again until I finally see a light but not an exit it's an eerie yellow glow and when I get closer I see it is a memory not an exit a memory of the worst time in my life when my step father had raped me that day how broken I am and felt that day how he could hurt me so bad without even thinking twice, it suddenly changed to when Preston would beat the snot out of me how he would leave me in the halls bloodied and bruised how nobody would care if I even died because of how much they hated me how much they looked at me as if I where scum until finally daniel came and saved me but then it changed to my most feared nightmare when I had stabbed Daniel it hurt me so bad that I had hurt the only one that loved me the only one that cared it killed me finally the pictures faded away and it got brighter and brighter until.......
I felt myself wake up in cold sweat having it drip down my forehead I looked around the room aimlessly until I saw Daniel move a little and I saw him open his eyes he didn't say anything but open his arms as I dove right into them I put my head in his neck as he pulled me closer all he did was whisper sweet words in my ear as I eventually fell asleep listing to Daniel calm me down and his arms wrapped around my waist and mine around his torso him protecting me from anymore night mares or sleep depriving
