What I Found

What I forgot... I Think.

"Lauren?"

A beep.

"Lauren."

I hear them escort some girl and my eyes open up more.

"Ms Jauregui?"

I see the light. Bright. White.

I shut them again.

I open them slightly and looked around the room, a steady beeping sound rang on the monitor next to me.

Flowers cascaded along the walls all of them white or yellow roses. Cards and a unicorn stuffed animal placed itself on the wall across from my bed.

The doctor had told me to relax and I did, back into sleep.

I woke up in my actual bed.

I remember the hospital, that's not a dream.

Are the other dreams memories or just dreams?

I don't know.

I need to know.

Did I forget you.

Maybe I did.

"I'll find you."

I put on the first clothes I saw and ran out of the apartment and to my Papa's house.

He'll have the answers.

Everyone and everything will have the answers.
