**| Sang's POV |**

Friday was spent at Victor's house while he resolved all the issues. He locked us up in his section of the house and only allowed his guards access to give us food and anything else we needed. The other boys were allowed in and out but other than that, everything and everyone else was restricted.

From what I was able to figure out, the boys were going into overdrive in hopes of finding Volto, Ghost, or even Doukas. I also learned they were following some students around. The boys were in and out as they worked on setting up new security protocols for Victor's house. Apparently they used his place when they needed to go on what they called a lockdown but since they didn't know what information Muriel gave Volto or what he now knew, they had to change it all up.

I kept myself busy reading. Victor had a nice size library with books that would cost a 'pretty penny' as they say apparently.

That night, I fell asleep curled up on a couch and woke up in bed, wedged between Victor and Gabriel on Saturday morning.

Victor was still snoring softly next to me and I knew he finally crashed. He worked too hard and long yesterday, doing a million different things.

I turned and faced Gabriel whose crystal blue eyes were open and watching me.

I smiled at him.

"Morning," I whispered.

He didn't respond, just pulling me into him.

After a few heart pounding moments, he spoke. "Fucking Trouble. I'm not around and you're off kicking people like McCoy in the face or pinning people to the floor. Why do I keep missing out on your awesomeness? Why can't you just wait until I'm around?"

I giggled into his chest, enjoying his scent as it surrounded me. I reach around his waist, resting my arm against his side, my hand pressed to his back. He flung his leg over mine, preventing me from moving around too much.

He took in a deep breath and squeezed me hard.

"Maybe I'll teach you some moves," I said, my body shaking with laughter.

His eyes darkened with what I learned from North and Silas to be desire. I stopped laughing, getting lost in his blue eyes. In that moment, all I saw was the endless sky.

"I'll let you teach me anything you want. Maybe I'll return the favor," he whispered, his hand going to my neck. He put his forehead against mine and closed his eyes. I could feel him struggling with himself.

He didn't need to.

I didn't know where the confidence came from but it all felt so right and if it felt right then it wasn't wrong, right?

"Gabriel," I whispered, his name quivering on my lips. My heart pounded hard against my chest but I wanted to and I was pretty sure he wanted to too.

He opened his eyes and I leaned forward, kissing the corner of his mouth, as if asking him. He stilled and thinking I did something very wrong, I started to pull back but his hand against my neck tightened a little, letting me know not to move.

He turned his head and his lips brushed against mine before he leaned in closer, pressing them more firmly to mine.

I responded immediately, relying on instinct while surprising myself. His mouth was warm. The way his lips caressed mine was soft. He was intoxicating. I shifted, wanting to get closer, to feel the same heat that came from his lips come off his body. I gripped his shirt as he moaned and then he nibbled at my bottom lip.
