Ch 10 Copycats duelist

Jaden was walking around when he realized what day it was. He ran to the card shack and saw Syrus winning the duel between him and Dimitri. Syrus ended up winning and he knew that the ticket to see Yugi's legendary deck. Jaden was happy that Syrus had eraned his way to the top by beating a Ra yellow student. Alexis then appeared and saw Syrus winning his duel. She then ran into Jaden and was then pushed again by Yubel into Jaden's arms. Nobody had seen to Yubel taking physical form so that was ok. Alexis and Jaden on the other hand was blushing beyond the color red.

Jaden said "Hey." Alexis said "hey yourself." Jaden said "hey Alexis would you like to go on a picnic together just the two of us?" Alexis said "like a date?" Many boys overheard this and gave Jaden the evil eye for they all loved the Obelisk queen. Jaden said "you can think of it like that but I see it as two good friends talking and having a good time over a meal if that is ok with you?" Alexis smiled and said "sure as long as there is no funny business." Jaden said "trust me I would never do anything to a pretty girl like you because you would beat the snot out of me." Alexis blushed as he called her pretty so they would meet at the Slifer cliff.

So as the day progressed Jaden got nervous because he was about to talk to the girl that he had fallen in love with. But Yubel calmed him down and said that everything will be okay. So Jaden made some eloquent sandwiches and brought some tea to make for Alexis because he remembered that she said she loved tea. So he made his way to the cliff and brought a red blanket and was ready for his idea of a good time with Alexis.

Alexis was walking to the Slifer cliffs and was happy that Jaden had taken time out of his day to talk and have a good time with her. She approached the cliffs and saw Jaden waiting for her. She sat down on the blanket and they began what both didn't think was a date. Jaden said "so how long have you been able to see duel spirits?" Alexis was shocked that he knew her deepest darkest secret. Alexis answered "well ever since I learned to duel I have had the duel spirit of Cyber Tutu and Cyber Blader. But how do you know that I have duel spirits unless."

Jaden said "yes, I can see them as well and you have already seen my duel spirits haven't you?" Alexis said "yes and I got to say that, that Winged Kuriboh is very cute." Then Winged Kuriboh appeared and sat on Alexis' shoulder. She then patted the duel spirit and made its noise that it made when it was happy. Alexis said "how long have you been able to see duel spirit's Jaden?"

Jaden said "ever since I had this card." Jaden draws Yubel and said "ever since I had her in my deck I have been able to see spirits and talk with them." Then they both ate their sandwiches and Alexis complemented Jaden on his cooking skills. Then they were about to rap up the meal with some pudding that Jaden had made just for this occasion. Alexis said "Jaden if you don't mind could we do this again sometime I like hanging out with you." Jaden said "sure how about we do it after the school duel I think that will be a great time to do it what do you say?" Alexis said "ya that sounds like fun."

Then Syrus came running at Jaden and said "Jaden someone stole Yugi's deck." Jaden said "I know who and where it is." Alexis and Syrus followed him and found Dimitri then Jaden started his duel disk and said "we duel and if you lose then hand over the deck." Dimitri laughed and said "fine by me if you want to embarrass yourself then fine by me. I hope that you have gotten you game on or this will be a short duel."

Jaden draws. He then Normal Summons "Elemental Hero Burstinatrix" (1200/800) in Defense Position. Dimitri draws. He then activates "Polymerization" to fuse "Berfomet" with "Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts" in order to Fusion Summon "Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast" (2100/1800) in Attack Position. "Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast" attacks and destroys "Elemental Hero Burstinatrix".

Jaden draws. He then Activates "Polymerization" to fuse "Elemental Hero Clayman" with "Elemental Hero Sparkman" in order to Fusion Summon "Elemental Hero Thunder Giant" (2400/1500) in Attack Position. Since "Thunder Giant" was Fusion Summoned, its effect activates, allowing Jaden to destroy "Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast". Since "Chimera" was destroyed, its effect activates, allowing Dimitri to Special Summon "Berfomet" (1400/1800) from his Graveyard in Defense Position. "Elemental Hero Thunder Giant" attacks and destroys "Berfomet".
