Chapter 9

I wake up during the night. I can't take anymore lies now at the moment. I step out of bed and get dressed. Then I packed a bag with some stuff. I walk into my dad's office and takes out the newspaper piece from my father's calander, I take the book Great Wizarding Events of the Twentieth Century. Lastly I sneak into my mom and dad's bed room and takes the photo album.

I pack down all three in the bag before I leave the room . I walk silently down all the stairs and get to the front door. I get a wave of guilt because of the fact that I'm running away from home, but I need time to think. I take my broom.

I sit on the broom with the bag in my hand. I'm flying higher than I usually do. I feel the cool breeze hitting my face .

After a while, I stop outside a window.

I knock gently on the window.

"Rosie," I say as I continue to knock on the window.

I can see her through the window. She's lying in her bed, sleeping. Of course she's sleeping, it's in the middle of the night.

After a few times she starts squirming in the bed and I succeed to wake her up. She sees me outside the window.

I can see her gasp as she hurries to the window and opens.

I fit trhough the window exactly and can fly in thorugh it. I throw my bag into Rosies arms.

I jump off the broom and put it in a corner of the room.

"Albus what happened?" Rose asks while she goes over to her desk and light desk lamp. A pink glow spreads throughout the room.

I sit on the bed. Rose sits down next to me.

"I can't take anymore lies, I just can't, I'm just done ," I say .

"What?"

"Do you know that everyone has been lying to us?"

I take out the photo album and put it in her lap .

She looks at the photos and smile at our parents during their years at Hogwarts as they're smiling and waving back from the photos.

When she was done looking at the photos, I give her the newspaper piece.

She gasps when she read the name at the end of the article, and then I give her the book.

"Turn to page 349," I say.

Rosie reads page 349 and 350.

She closes the book. Suddenly she sees a little grumpy .

"But ... then it means that Teddy's parents and Uncle Fred died in that battle," she says.

I nod. I shudder when I realize how cold I am.

Rose gets up, I don't really know what she's doing.

"Have you been sleeping at all this night?" She asks.

"Not much," I reply. "I couldn't fall asleep and then I woke up ten times in a half hour, but when I woke up the last time, I couldn't take it anymore, but I didn't know where to go, so then I came here."

"Yeah, it was good that you came here who know what could've happened to you Al," she says and puts a blanket over me. "Tomorrow I tell dad that you're here."

" No," I say quickly while I pull the blanket tighter around me. Rose sits down next to me again. "Please don't do that , nobody can know that I'm here, please, not until I want them to."

" But ... Aunt and Uncle will be terribly worried, Albus," she says.

"I know, I know," I say. " But they know that I know something, because I got upset last night  and I think I happened to disclose that I know something, but not what I know."
