I smile like I'm the most beautiful woman in the world 
Laugh like there's no tomorrow 
Stand proud like I'm on my most highest point 
And walk like I owned the world 
Feel like a Boss 
I have this day, I owned it
It's mine I'm the Best!
Because no one will guess 
Not even one soul knows 
"I'm Faking it "

                          
Deep inside my heart is bleeding 
Like my flesh tearing so racking 
Despite this aching I manage to keep on smiling 
My stomach is empty my bones are clashing 
But still remains frame works that "steel standing"
