I've seen it around before,but it's not a that common,it's not canon and fits with the tribe,so,it's ok I guess

Yay! Most OC are dragonets,And this dude is an adlut(since dragons are considered adults at 7)

Skywings are underuse,this makes me happy

Looks: Tornado is a dark red dragon with long, crimson colored claws and horns. He has a tall, muscular build. His snout and tail are short and thick. His eyes are a dark grayish-blue. His underbelly and the inside of his wings are a lighter, pinkish red.

Very good! It's descriptive,but not over whelming

Attires: Wears nothing but a small amulet around his neck, which was thought to be enchanted to prevent his firescales from burning things, but is actually useless. (Will get into that later)

I want to know a bit more about this 'Small Amulet'

Personality: He is blunt, sarcastic, and rude. He doesn't get along with others easily and has an explosive temper. He isn't necessarily evil or bad, but he has developed a negative personality from years of mistreatment. He is very defensive, and will go off on you if you offend him or his sister, Flicker, who he is very protective of. He treats her like she is much younger than him even though they're twins

Usually people say 'Put more flaws' but I'm going to say 'Put more good traits'. No offence,This dude sounds like a huge jerk. If that's what you were going for,then you nailed it. But I like the protective about his sister part,also I like his sister name

Backstory: (this takes place years after the canon books do) When Tornado and Flicker were still in the egg, their parents thought they would hatch with firescales. Afraid that the queen would kill them (as tradition when firescales dragonets are born) the parents gave them away to the Talons of Peace. When they did hatch, they turned out to be normal twins, not firescales. The Talons wanted to use the firescales to threaten their enemies, though, so they lied to everyone, including Tornado, and said that he had firescales. He was given a fake-enchanted amulet and was told that it prevented him from burning things. He was mistreated by the Talons his whole life, treated like a living weapon, and when he got older he and other dragons led a rebellion against the Talons. He discovered that he didn't actually have firescales when he took off the amulet for the first time and nothing happened. In a fit of rage, he killed the leader of the Talons, Tide, who was his adoptive father. After the rebellion, he and his sister left for the Sky Kingdom, with another SkyWing who lived in the Talons, Inferno. It is unknown what happened after that.

Very unique backstory! I like how it takes place after the main series,but I don't get is How/Why is parents thought he and his sister were fire scales. Anyway,I like how he thought he had fire scales for awhile before taking off the amulet. No offence to Tide but making a dragonet think the have fire scales was a jerk move

Like how you say 'Travler' after he left the Talons meaning he doesn't stay in the sky kingdom

Who's Bliazzard? Also,just to say Blizzard is an over used Icewing name but I'm not reviewing Blizzard

Abilities: can breathe fire, fly really fast, normal SkyWing stuff

Thankfully he's almost a normal Skywing,so weird extra strength or speed factors

Powers: None; once thought to have firescales (if I haven't mentioned that like a million times)

Overall,I give this dude a 8.5/10. He's very unique,but he maybe needs a few more good factors in his personality. He's a Skywing,witch you don't see that much,he's not straight,witch is barely seen with OCs. His name is a bit overused,but is fine. Overall,I like Tornado
