Alexa's POV

I felt myself waking up. I saw I was in a room... Not mines though, Alpha Jace's. The room had royal blue walls and rich red near the bottom. Two walk in closets. A bathroom, A wardrobe and a king size bed.

My head was pounding I remember I was collecting laundry... Then I looked to the right side of me. There was Jace, fast asleep with his arm around my waist. I took that chance to look at him closely. I couldn't help but be in awe. He said was the definition of perfect. His eyelashes were long, high cheek bones, chiseled jawline, and plump lips. I don't know what I did to deserve him as my mate.

I quickly but swiftly got out of bed and walked to the door when I felt a pair of arms go around my waist. I was turned around face to face with Alpha Jace's chest.

I started panicking "u-umm sorry Alpha I'll go back to work." My voice shaken up.

"Call me Jace, you're my equal. No need for formalities. Stay here with me please." He said low enough for only me to hear. It sent shivers up my spine. I gave in.

Before I could even take a step back to the bed He swept me up bridal style and laid me down while he got in bed too. Face to face with his chest again. I couldn't help but snuggle closer to him he felt so warm. His arms wrapped around my waist firmly not letting me go.

I could feel him smiling into my hair. With that this has been the best moment in my life.

Soon I drifted off to sleep.

Jace's POV

I felt cold. Opening my eyes I quickly came to the realization that Alexa wasn't here. I heard the door being opened causing me to turn my head in that direction only to see Alexa leaving. Quickly I swiftly grabbed her by her waist I hugged her to my chest. She felt so cold but it still sent pleasurable sparks through my body.

"U-ummm sorry Alpha I'll go back to work." She said softly with tears threatening to spill.

"Call me Jace, you're my equal. No need for formalities. Stay here with me please." I said softly. She shivered. Before she could take a step her knees gave in so I carried her bridal style to the bed.

Since Alexa makes the packs food I mind linked the pack to make their own breakfast.

I put her down while getting in as well. I put my arms around her waist firmly so she wouldn't escape again. She snuggled deeper into my chest causing me to smile at that. She was so cute.

Her breathing evened out so I knew she was asleep. I was about to go back to sleep when someone mind linked me. It was Drake.

"What is so important I'm busy!" I yelled but also growled at the same time through the mind link.

"Whoa there. Lexi is looking for you." He said.

Ugh she's so annoying. I know I slept with her... Multiple times but that doesn't mean we are a thing.

"Ok fine I'm coming."

I got out of bed and made my way to the living room where she was waiting. Honestly I don't know why I got with her. I know this seems like I'm not even exaggering, her skimpy clothes could pass as a bikini.

Once I was in Drake left and so it was only me and her. She smirked while trying to seduce me. The need to barf was over the chart.

I took her hands off me "What do you want Lexi." I said annoyed.
