Aspen was always used as backup for her best-friend, Harry Styles. 

Harry had used her for his own personal needs and she was fine with that, only because she loved him.

Love makes you do crazy things, Aspen was brought in by Harry's management to be his "backup" plan. Harry has been wanting to date, Kendall Jenner but doesn't want all of the public keeping their eye on his relationship.

So, he gave management an idea. All of his fans loved Aspen, they accepted her because she was his best-friend, and they also "shipped" them together so why not.

Harry gave management a great plan, Aspen could be his fake girlfriend to cover up the one he has with Kendall. 

Aspen agrees, only because of her desire to be with Harry. 

In the contract that Aspen accepts, she's has to listen to whatever Harry demands.

She ends up becoming a slave for Harry.

Aspen, is in love with Harry. 

Harry, wants Kendall.
