Chapter 9

Sasuke's POV

"You have to apologies to her Sasuke."  I covered my face with my hands.

"I know..." I mumbled.

"Will you at least admit that you like her?" I uncovered my face.

"No." I said monotonously .

"But why?! You clearly have a crush on her." He whined.

"No. I don't. So don't push it Shisui."

"If you don't confess soon then someone else is going to take her from you~" he stood up from the couch and walked towards the kitchen.

"Even if I did like her I wouldn't confess. I don't even know if she wants to talk to me after what I did."

"Why don't you text her or something."

"I don't have her number." He gasped. I heard his footsteps getting louder.

He came out the kitchen with a pan in his hand.

"You don't have her number! I got it the first day I met her!" I looked at him.

"How?"

"I asked her you idiot." I rolled my eyes.

"I'm not asking her for her number." He crossed his hands.

"Then how do you expect to call her hmm?"

"I'll just talk to her tomorrow." He huffed.

"How hard is it to ask for her number?" He headed back to the kitchen.

"Why don't you just give it to me then."

"No way. She trusted me with it so I won't just hand it over. Even if you are my little cousin."

"Tsk fine. Its not like I wanted it anyway, but I should really get going." I stood up and stretched a bit.

"Ok say hi to the family for me!"

"Hn." I walked out of his apartment and started walking towards my car.

I wonder if she told Naruto.

She was always so close with him. From the moment they met up until now. I could almost say I was jealous of the dobe, but I'm not.

Sayuri's POV

"So the person who put that note in your locker was teme?!"

When class was dismissed and I got home Naruto called. I decided to tell him the truth.

"Yeah it was Sasuke." I answered.

"What did that teme want?"

"I don't know, but he kissed me. H-"

"HE WHAT?!" I had to keep my phone at a safe distance from my ears. I mean the guy can sure scream.

"Calm down Naruto its fine. It was just a kiss anyway." I tried calming him down.

"Yeah your first kiss." I giggled.

"What? You wanted to be my first kiss?" I teased him.

There was silence.

"W-what are you t-talking about?" I laughed.

"I was just kidding Naruto." He was mumbling things under his breath making me laugh harder.

"You're so mean Sayu!"

"I'm... Sorry... Naruto." I was trying to catch my breath.

Its been a long time since I laughed like this. It feels nice to have a friend like Naruto.
