Hi Beatriz this is Maddie. I hope you are doing fine. Happy holidays, bei. I know this is sudden but can i talk to you? Tomorrow, 7pm the usual. I will wait.
"Sino 'yan?" Agad namang sinarduhan ni Bea ang phone niya ng magsalita si Jho sa tabi niya.
"Maddie."
Napataas ang kilay ni Jho, "at bakit daw?" Nilagay ni Bea ang phone niya sa table at umupo.
"She wants me to meet her."
"And?"
"And that's it. I'll just meet her tomorrow."
"Tss its been what? Two? Three months? She still cant accept na wala na talaga kayo?" Mataray na sagot ni Jho habang naka cross arms.
"Stop it Jho, I'll just meet her. 'Yun lang."

Bea turned the engine off and looked at Maddie through the glass window of their favorite restaurant.
Bea decided to went out and walk her way to Maddie's table.
"Hey." Tinaas ni Maddie ang ulo niya and then Maddie smiled sweetly at her.
"Hi." Umupo si Bea, matagal siyang nakatingin kay Maddie. Medyo pumayat at mas lalo itong pumuti.
"How are you?" Maddie utter.
"Still the same. How about you?"
"I wanna say im fine, but im not." She chuckled.
There was a long silence after that. Walang nagsasalita, nabalot ng katahimikan ang table nila.
"So what is it, Madeleine?"
"I wanna request something, Beatriz." Napakunot ang noo ni Bea.
"Wiill you stay with me for a week? And pretend that you're still in love with me?" Maddie calmly said.
Mas lalong naguluhan si Bea, "Maddie, you know I cant andㅡ"
"I know you have Jhoanna and you're happy now but it's just for seven days. Im being selfish here, I know." Tears are slowly falling off through Maddie's cheeks. "But please Beatriz, please." She cried, "Just let it happen, and I promise you, this will be the last."

Skinny's note: Hello, people!! i'll be honest na blangko ako sa forgotten so im here, im back witha new story!! hehe. This is a short story parang mga 8 parts lang. And... ofcourse, this is angst.
