Pointing to the menu I asked, "Babe... so this one or that one?"
I noticed Jeonghan seems to be unfocused so I snapped my fingers near his face.
He lets out a querulous "Huh?" before coming back to reality
"What do you want to eat? I'll get it for you." Knowing something must be troubling him, I still managed to smile. I get a hint of what must be the reason. I'm not that dense.
I knew Seungcheol wants to have him back. I just don't speak because I'm afraid it'll cause a distance between me and Jeonghan.
"Jisoo..." he trailed
"Hmm?"
"Seungcheol called me. He wants us to be together again." His breath hitches as he set his gaze to anything just not to meet mine
"I know." I replied
He tries to explain, "He was drunk. People aren't themselves when drunk, right? He must not mean it--"
"They say people are most honest when drunk." I cut him off
He shut his eyes tightly and sighed. Jeonghan muttered a soft sorry.
"Do you still love him?"
He fidgets uneasily on his seat quite taken aback by my question whilst I just look at him straight in the eyes.
"Jisoo-ah..."
