The way I saw it I had three options for not being caught snooping around. One I could try and run but with the weakness I was feeling I'd probably collapse on the hall and land at the feet of who ever it was coming down the hall. Option two was to try and create a portal to get back to the room but I still hadn't fully regained my powers and I'd probably be caught snapping my fingers and trying to make one appear. That left only the third and final option hide. I quickly dived under the old rickety bed that looked like it hadn't been used in years and got cobwebs all in my mouth and hair. I saw a pair of feet walk down the hall and pass the open door which looked to be rusted in the open position. After watching them pass I ran back to the Med Lab and hoped back in the bed almost passing out. If I really had crossed dimensions like the evidence suggested then my powers would be back to normal by tomorrow. "Until then." I thought reaching for a flashlight in the drawer to read with. "Let's see what this is all about." I muttered as I opened the journal. The first thing I noticed was not anything particularly crazy content wise but the horrible hand writing. "Yep this definitely belongs to Beast Boy all right." I read the page that was dated to the day I arrived

"I can't believe it. I really can't she just appeared on the side walk it didn't take to long to figure out wear she came from but seeing her made me insane. I miss her so much I just can't tell her to go back I just can't! I never thought I'd see her alive again I mean you know what happened it was the whole reason I started keeping a journal! What am I supposed to do I know the others don't think that I should but I don't care I'm not letting her go back I losted Raven once I'm not doing it again."
"What!" I almost yelled I flipped to the first page and skimmed. Then I knew the whole story this was a universe where I went through that portal and never went back. That explained everything my room their reactions the secrets! I couldn't let that happen to my friends. I had to get out of here. Unfortunately it wouldn't be easy as at the moment Beast Boy walked in and saw me. I expected a battle I didn't want to hurt him but I would do what I had to. "I may be to weak to run but I can still punch!" I said but to my surprise the opposite happened he fell to the floor sobbing "Please. I miss you so much." He said it wasn't to me or to himself it was just something he said "Please don't go." That one was at me I looked at his watery eyes and for the first time I felt something I had never felt before. Guilt.
