They were all exploring the woods for about twenty minutes now and chatting amiably about all sorts of things, when Cynthia stopped.

"I want to take a picture of that plant with the red berries on it a little farther back."

"I'll go with you!" Pattie said in an excited tone. She loved photography.

"Don't take forever." John warned.

Ringo handed them the photography and they turned back.

There was only one problem.

There were three trails branching out, and the girls didn't know which one they took.

When they questioned the others, they were just as clueless.

George smacked his head. "How could we have been so dumb?!"

The others weren't feeling so bright either.

"We aren't too far in the forest, are we?" Asked Paul hopefully.

Ringo shook his head sadly. "I think we have."

All remaining hope drained out of everybody's faces.

"What do we do?" Jane spoke up.

"I'm not quite sure...but I think we came from that direction." Paul said, pointing to the middle branch.

John shrugged. It's as good as any. Let's go and see what happens."
