Doutzen Kroes as Savannah

One week later

Camila

Pattie had given me this whole week off and like usual she didn't tell me beforehand so I didn't get to explain it to Justin. He would be upset once I came back. I hated seeing him upset and sometimes it was hard to calm him down.

Xavier and I were picking out flowers for the wedding; the wedding that I was not so happy about. I felt like Xavier could notice that I was disinterested in planning for the wedding but he didn't say anything about it.

Just a couple of days ago I couldn't keep pretending that I was on my period so I had to give in. It was one of the worst moments of my life because I felt so guilty. Everything about that moment made me upset. I realized how bad of pickle I was in, lying to Xavier and kind of lying to Justin as well. I was never honest to Justin and had avoided talking to him about some things.

We ended up picking white and purple roses to go along with our white theme. We settled for white because it was neutral and easy to combine things with.

I would be going back to work tomorrow morning but in the meantime I had to deal with Xavier.

Justin

"Savannah's here Justin come on out!" My mom yelled.

I finished my puzzle and stood up from my bed slowly walking out. I was really nervous because I had no idea who that girl with a funny name was.

By the door was a tall blonde girl with a bottle in her hand. She waved at me and I stopped walking. I didn't remember her at all. She seemed so happy.

"Come on Justin, come say hi," my mom said.

I slowly took a few more steps until I was standing next to my mom looking at the floor so I didn't have to meet her gaze.

"Hi Justin, I'm Savannah, remember me?" She asked, reaching out to take my hand.

I flinched, stepping back so she wouldn't touch me. She spoke loudly and it bothered me.

"Oh sorry, he sometimes does that," my mom said.

I rocked back and forth as I continued staring  at the floor.

"Justin it's okay, she's an old friend. Remember when we went to grandma's house for your birthday? Savannah was there," my mom explained.

I looked back up at her and realized that she did look a bit familiar. "H-hi."

"Hi," she said.

"Okay well dinner's ready so let's go to the table," my mom said. I took her hand and let her take me to the table where she pulled out a chair for me to sit on. I sat down and stared at the white plate in front of me. When I looked up I saw that the blonde girl sat across from me and it made me uncomfortable.
